Chapter 20 - I Volunteer
An urgent announcement from Madam Fion had summoned everyone to the hall the next morning. It was earlier than usual for the duty distribution.
Something was going on.
But Idalia couldn't figure out what that was yet. Rosabel had hurried off too early for her to do any questioning.
But as they hurried into the hall and waited for an announcement, Idalia could hear some of others talking amongst one another.
"Her Majesty wants everything spotless before they return," She had heard the workers discussing.
"It is just a party, why is she acting like the guest will be checking every room?"
"It is not just a party—-"
"We usually have more time for this. I don't know why they are all returning so soon."
Oh.
Well, that made sense.
