Chapter 46 - Movie Night

[Living room]

Nighttime settled over the city, and the busy streets were quiet for a few hours. By the couch, Bo and the girls were cuddled on the couch, blanket covered them from the cold, TV was the only source of light as a film played, the actors barely spoke a lick of English. The plot was as mediocre as its CGI attempts.

Jane would throw popcorn at the TV screen whenever a character died and the actor was clearly breathing. "This is so bad that it's good." She giggled, stuffing her mouth with more popcorn.

Bobbi leaned on Bo's left, wine in her hand as she tried her to best to translate the film,"I think the protagonist wants revenge or aggressively charming the heroine." She concluded.

Faith sat on Bo's lap, no interest in the film, just eating the basket of snacks she picked for the night, "Why does the gun look a toy?" She muttered between bites.

"Because it is one." Jane chuckled, hitting the screen with more buttery treats.

"Jane, please stop before my TV smells like melted butter."Bo pleaded, hand stroking Faith's red-hair.

"Don't worry Bo, I'll clean up my mess." She chuckled softly.

"...Are you being serious?"

"Of course not–I don't do chores Bo. I just live without responsibility. " She stated, snuggling closer to him like a spoiled cat.

"Yeah...why I even bother to ask." He sighed.

As the movie played on, the buch were more invested in the confusing plot, Faith found herself more attached to the protagonist love interest that obviously a spy but she had hope she'll change. Jane was sipping the wine at every English attempt. Bobbi on the other hand was blissed out in the comfort of everything after along day at the shop.

"This movie sucks." She murmured, eyes fighting sleep.

"Hush–Ivan is about to face the final boss." Faith scolded.

"His name is Ivan?" Jane asked.

"Yes...I think so."

Bobbi shifted her head, "Bo...I want dessert, now."

"I second that motion." Jane raised her hand in agreement.

Faith nodded, eyes still glued to the screen,"Don't forget to use the ice cream. "

Bo chuckled at their coordinated request, "Fine. Dessert it is." Shifting off them,he made his way to the kitchen, Jane on his tail like a shadow. Faith moved closer to Bobbi, cuddling with her sister.

"This is nice."

"It really is."

The movie reached its climax, the people watching lost in their own world. The White sisters giggling at childhood mishaps and Bo and Jane at the kitchen making dessert while joking about Marla's reactions to their intimacy. Another a day of chaos and affection in the Coven.
