It has been six years since superboy and wondergirl joined the young justice. During this time many things has change. The team has tripled in size with heroes like Zatana, bumblebee, and static joining the team.
During this time they found that red arrow, one of the first members of the justice league is a clone. That clone of red arrow soon left the team and try to find his original self. The clone found his original self inside a pod in Japan with a missing arm.
Luckily the clone also found a robotic arm which one of the interesting gadget created by Kael. With the robotic arm that can change depending on the user, the original red arrow also known as Roy Harper was able to do his hero work once more.
To be able to tell the difference between themself, the original self decided to call himself "arsenal" while the red arrow name was given to his clone. Arsenak soon join the young justice team while red arrpw decided to leave the team and find his purpose along with a certain villain girlfriend he found.
Inside the young justice headquarters, the team can be seen watching a giant screen showing Luthor announcing something with "Soul" next to him.
"Ladies and gentlemen. It's is my pleasure to announce to you, Lex Corp own hero. E-Soul. Or Elsctric-Soul. Similar to flash he has super speed. E-Soul here also has lighting based powers !" Luthor announce with a smirk on his face.
After wonder girl and superboy broke free. The light decided that blocking the minds of their strongest solder is unreliable. They decided to insert fake memories in the mind of E-Soul making him think that Luthor is his father.
As for "dragon", Orm or ocean master protested the plan of unsealing "dragon" 's mind.
Orm bought "dragon" into the sea to help and make him help summon deep sea monster to be part of Orm's army. It does have to be noted some of "Dragon" apperance was noticed by some humans who called him Dragonboy due to his dragonic features.
With that announcement countless reporters started asking questions to Luthor. Along with it, the young justice team startwd to discuss among themself in their headquarters.
"Looks like their are no longer planning to hide him." said Nightwing. Nightwing was once robin. However he change his name after deciding to leave batman's shadow.
"Indeed, this is a very smart tactic. Now he is in the light. If some civilian saw us fighting him. It might cause bad publicity to the league." Aqualad said with a serious expression on his face.
"Yes. I still can't believe that we failed in bring him back. After all he is biologicly my brother." Donna said with a pained expression whe golding a giant sword.
This sword was a gadget that Kael made during his time from earth. This sword have many similarities to a slime with it's true body being liquid. After all it is one of the predecesor of the slime race in Kael's planet just like the arm Arsenal use.
The only difference bwtween slimes and the sword is that the sword is able to bond with humans and hide itself in it's host's body. Too bad it doesn't have any inteligence. The sword allowed wondergirl to channel her dormant lighting ability. She can also use it as a shield due to it's large size and as a flying sword when she is tired of flying.
"It's going to be hard to break him free. Luthor seem to have created countless fake memories in his mind. He is technically no longer mind controled just manipulated. Due to his fake memories, he is willing to do whatever Luthor wanted him to." Miss martian, one of the first members of the team said with a complicated expression.
"I wonder what happened to dragonboy. We haven't seen him in a while." said Kidflash while eating some chips.
"Dragon boy ?" Asked superboy with a raised brow while he floating.
"Yes, after his last apperance a couple months ago. Some civilians started calling him dragonboy. I think it's a nice name." Said Kidflash.
"I see." Said superboy, agreeing to what kid fladh's just said.
Just then an alarm sounded. Nightwing quickly checked with his computer and found that a small space pod with what seem to be kriptonian technology is coming to earth.
