Chapter 80 - Eggs

"The southern continent? Where is that?"

Alexstrasza did not know that the continent shrouded in mist was called Pandaria. After receiving the blessings of the Titans, they had been recuperating on the dragon Isles.

It wasn't until the War of the Ancients erupted that the Chromatic dragons departed with a large number of The Legion members to confront the Burning Legion.

Coincidentally, the waystones of the dragon Isles had their energy depleted due to the Sundering, and after losing their homing coordinates, they too became enveloped in mist.

Unable to find their way home, the dragons scattered to find places to settle.

Arthas tilted his head back somewhat proudly, displaying a very human-like expression of arrogance.

"That continent is called Pandaria. It has Pandas with black and white fur, and the Mogu, who are half-flesh and half-stone, and there are many Wild Gods I've never seen before!"

Alexstrasza sniffed her nose, picked up a giant steak, and swallowed it whole. The cumin and barbecue combination made her eyes light up.

Delicious!

Even though she wasn't picky, she couldn't resist the temptation of good food.

No creature would refuse good food!

Even murlocs were the same; with raw meat and roasted meat laid before them, even the most mindless murloc would choose the roasted meat. It tasted better and had a chewier texture!

She then picked up a pot of steaming hot fish soup, still bubbling, and directly gulped it down.

A hundred-degree fish soup was no different from warm water to her. Were dragons afraid of burning their mouths?

Rarely showing a satisfied expression, her eyes also cleared, and she spoke in an exceptionally alluring voice.

"How did you get these things?"

"Perhaps it's my unique ability!"

Arthas shrugged his shoulders, but a dragon doing that action still felt very out of place.

He continued cooking, this woman didn't even think to leave him a little!

A hint of suspicion flickered in Alexstrasza's eyes, and she asked tentatively.

"This ability of yours looks somewhat familiar, very much like an old acquaintance."

Arthas skillfully manipulated things; cooking with dragon claws was much harder than cooking with human hands.

It was just that fish soup and roasted meat didn't require too much skill; you just needed to throw in the prepared ingredients and add a little seasoning.

As for the so-called freshest ingredients, which often only required the most primitive way of eating, swallowing them raw, skin and bone, he had always refused that.

The reason why humans are human is because they have moved beyond the age of eating raw meat. If they don't know how to enjoy, then they are not human.

"What old acquaintance? Could it be a friend of yours?"

Arthas yawned. After it was cooked, he quickly stuffed it into his mouth first, surprisingly not finding it too hot.

He only lost a little blood, and it healed in the blink of an eye.

Alexstrasza was somewhat displeased, letting out a soft huff.

"I'm not full!"

"Alright, next time for sure!"

Arthas once again took out ingredients. Sometimes he envied the mages' ability to conjure food, creating delicious meals out of thin air, which was enviable.

As soon as he said this, Alexstrasza became even more suspicious. She was already doubtful, and now this scene made her even more puzzled.

Those were long-sealed memories, so distant that she had almost forgotten them.

"Do you have any plans? I see your mind is very agile. If we can escape this time, you are very qualified to serve as a general in the Wyrmrest Accord."

Was this a promise or an empty promise?

If other red dragons heard such a promise, the endorsement and favor of the queen, they would certainly be ecstatic.

They would be eager to express their loyalty with all their heart.

But alas, Arthas was not a red dragon. To be a general?

He'd rather go back to riding a general!

A ranger-general is also a general!

Sylvanas: Do you think you're funny?

"Thank you for the queen's kindness, but I still prefer to travel Azeroth and see more sights."

"However, when the red dragonflight needs me, I will definitely come out and help!"

Arthas felt that his habits and those of dragons were not that different, almost diametrically opposed.

Dragons also cooked, and many were gourmets.

Most dragons did not cook, and certainly not with such skill; they would have their dragonkin subordinates do the cooking.

How could noble dragons cook themselves?

Furthermore, Alexstrasza herself could not use spatial abilities. Such storage treasures were very rare; not just uncommon, but incredibly rare.

The manufacturing difficulty was extremely complex, involving space, magic, spirit, and all sorts of miscellaneous knowledge.

Even Malygos, the King of Magic and King of the blue dragonflight, before he went mad, couldn't make many, and the failure rate was extremely exaggerated.

Not to mention the ability to conjure a spatial container out of thin air without the aid of a medium; this was simply incredible, subverting the dragons' worldview.

All these things were very similar to a mysterious person she encountered during the War of the Ancients.

It was just that the mysterious person was more like an elf than a dragon, which was why she had that illusion.

The way the other party spoke, their tone, was almost identical; not just very similar, but exactly the same.

There must be something strange here!

This further piqued Alexstrasza's curiosity. A woman, oh no, a female dragon, must not feel curiosity towards any male. This was fatal!

Thanks to Azeroth having no reproductive isolation, theoretically, all beings could marry and become mates, and produce offspring.

humans and elves, humans and dwarves, dwarves and tauren, blue dragons and a well, humans and naga, and so on.

Even the previous threat to the dreadlord that he would be thrown into a kobold tribe to help improve his genes was not a joke.

It was truly possible. kobolds, full of feces, stench, garbage, and body odor, would truly make even the legendary paladin Markus shake his head and turn away.

naga were fine, undead were fine, Robots were also good, but kobolds and murlocs, they really weren't!

It was simply impossible to bring oneself to do it!

"Alright, back to the main topic, do you have any good ideas to escape from here?"

Alexstrasza put aside her suspicions. If it really was that old acquaintance, she surely had a way to solve the current problem.

This was not overestimating, because Arthas indeed had the ability to solve this, it just required a little time.

"Not yet. Let's settle down first and see after a while."

"Currently, that orc Warlock is too vigilant towards us. It's not easy to make a move; we need to make him relax his guard."

Arthas said helplessly. He now just needed an opportunity, an opportunity to get close to Nekros. As long as he got close, even a god couldn't save him.

This, in turn, made Alexstrasza somewhat suspicious, because to settle down, the remaining red dragons would need to serve the orcs.

For proud dragons, who considered themselves the strongest creatures, this was unacceptable!

And this also meant that Alexstrasza would need to lay many dragon eggs with Arthas. Only then could the orc Warlock relax his guard.

The queen couldn't choose a mate so casually.
