Chapter 15 - Titan Blessed

Dragons love shiny things, wealth, treasures, and exotic artifacts. If you talk about who is rich, dragons would say they are second, and even greedy Kobolds wouldn't dare say they are first.

Normally, getting even a bit of their treasure is harder than ascending to heaven.

Now, with the survival of their race at stake, if they don't try harder, they might truly face extinction!

At this moment, even the most stingy black dragon would obediently hand over money.

Early the next morning, Arthas left Lordaeron and headed to the unowned land by the sea to begin construction.

The reason for choosing this location was twofold: firstly, it was under the king's name, and secondly, it was very suitable for building a port. While being coastal, its land transportation was also developed.

The surrounding hills were also suitable for defense, and this area had remained undeveloped simply because it was home to many gnolls and kobolds.

gnolls liked to hide and ambush in the forests, while kobolds occupied the dark corners of mines.

Near the coastline was a large area of murlocs. These creatures, as ancient as trolls, were also polarized and were all considered savage beings.

They were cannibalistic, low-intelligence, impossible to communicate with, and lived in large broods. Exterminating them was difficult, and their combat power was not weak.

Many lords in previous generations had wanted to develop this area, but all had failed, some even ending up as fish food.

But Arthas didn't care. Upon arriving, his first action was to conquer the murlocs.

A quest prompt appeared on his interface, requiring him to defeat a murloc tribe, a gnoll tribe, and a kobold tribe.

The rewards were their respective racial languages and their allegiance.

It sounded incredible, and after understanding it, even Arthas felt speechless.

A human village needs at least two hundred residents to be called a village.

But these creatures were different; a few murlocs together dared to call themselves a new tribe!

What is this? The united Kingdom?

What the hell!

But it didn't matter. Arthas liked starting small and growing big, from A to D, it was very fulfilling.

Three days later.

Sinestra returned, bringing a large amount of collected supplies.

With her came a Countess from Stormwind, who was also her daughter, Onyxia!

The territory's construction was taking shape, with a simple stone command center as the main city, along with barracks, civilian houses, a lumber mill, and a blacksmith shop.

Even more surprising was the continuous stream of small carts transporting gold ore from nearby mines.

Looking at such a crude yet fully equipped camp, Onyxia was quite disdainful; it was too simple!

"Welcome ladies, please follow me this way."

Arthas received the news immediately. He wasn't idle here; besides leading troops against Murlocs and gnolls, he was also responsible for overseeing construction.

Construction was based on campaign building blueprints, with watchtowers erected on the periphery for vigilance.

Before them was a giant zoo cage, a Gryphon Aviary that could only be built at a Human Tier 2 base.

Two spiky black dragon eggs lay within it. Without any assistance, the incubation timer could be seen counting down.

It would take a total of three days, which was very fast.

Besides cultivating Gryphons, any creature could be cultivated, requiring only a seed.

As the black dragon Aspect of the black dragon race, Sinestra immediately recognized that the dragon eggs were incubating; it was the stirrings of life.

Even having seen great storms and experienced the mountains of corpses and seas of blood from battles with The Legion's demons, her heart couldn't help but surge with emotion at this moment.

Incubation wasn't difficult, but the time and resources required for a dragon to grow were truly terrifying.

"How did you do it?"

She couldn't help but ask, disregarding the abruptness, as it was, after all, his secret.

After her initial shock, a deep desire for possession welled up in Onyxia's eyes. She wanted to claim this territory for herself!

This human prince was simply unworthy of possessing such a treasure!

An innocent man is guilty for possessing a treasure. Although Azeroth didn't have this exact story, it had a similar principle.

But since Arthas had displayed it, he wasn't worried that they would act. The older the existence, the easier they were to fool!

If it weren't for the urgent need to develop his territory and increase his strength, she would have been fooled into his bed long ago.

"You must have heard of the Titans, right? The Titans of the Pantheon."

Of course, she knew about the Titans. It was the Titans of the Pantheon who bestowed blessings, leading to the five dragonflights of today, wielding profound and mysterious powers.

black dragons controlled the power of the earth to guard the mountains, Red dragons controlled the power of life, and Green dragons controlled the power of nature, together protecting the vibrant world.

Blue dragons excelled in magic, while Bronze dragons possessed the ability to traverse time.

As the black dragon Aspect, she naturally knew these secrets.

"Are you saying you have the blessing of a Titan?"

Arthas was already laughing inwardly, but his expression remained very serious as he turned to look at the distant sea.

Leaving a young and imposing figure behind, not to show off, but to avoid bursting into laughter.

What is bluffing?

It is through suggestion and inducement to make the other party genuinely believe the lie from their heart.

Because they thought of it themselves, not because someone else told them, they are more likely to believe and adhere to it.

If the Old Gods had seen this scene, they would have given a thumbs up.

"That's right, this world, Azeroth, is a Titan, an existence whose power surpasses all other Titans."

"I can hear her voice, receive her blessing, and she also needs my help."

He finished speaking and turned around, looking at the two beauties, one mature and charming, the other young and pretty.

"The invasion of The Burning Legion has begun, and I must stop them from destroying Azeroth."

"If you are willing to assist me, you will also receive Azeroth's blessed gifts in the future."

"This gift will be more powerful and more generous than any Titan's blessing in existence."

There was no impassioned speech, only a calm statement of facts, facts that everyone knew yet had to face.

Sinestra's heart couldn't help but surge. She, of course, knew what this meant.

It meant that the black dragons could rise again, no longer needing to be hunted by other dragons, able to live openly, no longer needing to hide.

The black dragon princess Onyxia, however, was not so easily fooled. They were all liars, skilled at manipulating people's hearts.

When a professional meets another professional, there's always a feeling that something isn't quite right.

Compared to her mother's eagerness, she was much calmer, with an impulse to get to the bottom of things.

"Prince, why should we believe what you say?"

Arthas walked over and stood face to face with her. Any closer, and they would probably kiss.

"I don't need you to believe me. If you don't want to cooperate with me, I can cooperate with others. Your help is welcomed but not necessarily needed."

"This opportunity is not for everyone. You see that my cause is just beginning, and at this time, I need companions to assist me."

"Joining now means being a founding member, and you will receive a better blessing. Whether you want it or not depends on you, not me."
