Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Immediately Full Talent

"Perfect... talent?"

Was this system trying to insult him? Did it think Uchiha Sasuke lacked talent? He was Konoha's prodigy!

Yet, he had to admit his old concept of genius was a bit lacking compared to the system's standard.

As the novice reward, Perfect Talent, began to fuse with his body, Sasuke felt an instantaneous, profound change.

He had previously struggled to grasp the intricacies of Ninjutsu, finding the control of his Chakra inexplicably awkward. Now, in a single flash, the source of that difficulty became clear: a fundamental flaw in the way his body processed and regulated Chakra. The system instantly smoothed this out, stabilizing his energy and, as a side effect, immediately boosting his total Chakra reserves by ten percent.

If talent were a visible progress bar, Sasuke knew he would see it snapped instantly to one hundred percent.

A long, slow breath escaped his lips. He opened his eyes, and his Sharingan activated without conscious effort. This time, it wasn't the single-tomoe he was used to, but the fully formed Two-Tomoe Sharingan. In the dim light, his new vision was so sharp he could track the tiny motes of dust floating through the air.

Sasuke reached up and touched the corner of his eye.

"The evolution of the Bloodline Limit..."

[Congratulations to Host. The Bloodline Limit has successfully evolved]

[Bloodline Limit: Sharingan (Two Tomoe)]

Just the fusion of Perfect Talent had triggered a direct evolution of his Sharingan. This was indeed a good system. A small, satisfied smile touched his lips.

[Perfect Talent integration complete]

[Host, please achieve the rank of standard Genin within one month]

[Reward for achieving goal: Excellent Physique]

[Observation: Although the Host's original talent was rubbish, his current strength is trash, and his bloodline limit is average, with the existence of this System, even trash can be molded into a god. The Host only needs to persevere and work hard, and one day he will ascend]

Sasuke: "..."

Talent garbage? Strength trash? Sharingan average?

He couldn't argue about his old talent compared to the "Perfect" power he just received—it was garbage. But his strength? He wasn't entirely useless against ordinary Genin! It was only the Konoha Twelve rivals who gave him trouble. What, exactly, was the system's standard for a "standard Genin?" And the Sharingan, the bloodline envied by the entire world, was "average?"

Sasuke quickly dismissed the insults. He was more interested in the promised reward: Excellent Physique.

He could already feel the effect of Perfect Talent and knew his potential had skyrocketed. He could make huge breakthroughs with only a little practice. However, it was nearly midnight. Practicing Ninjutsu now would be too noisy.

Chakra refinement. He had to try it again.

Sasuke closed his eyes, starting a new round of Chakra refinement to test the difference between his old talent and his new Perfect Talent.

The familiar blue energy soon engulfed his body. But this time, the experience was profoundly different.

Controlling his Chakra was now effortless. Where he once needed intense mental focus, now a mere thought was enough to guide the flow. It was so easy, the process felt instinctive. With a single attempt, his body memorized thirty to forty percent of the optimal refinement pattern, paving the way for muscle memory.

In less than an hour, the process was complete. Sasuke felt completely energized, not tired at all. Compared to the three or four grueling hours he spent earlier for a barely measurable gain, the increase this time was a hundred times greater.

Still, even that massive acceleration meant it would take about one hundred days to double his current Chakra amount.

One hundred days might sound long, but compared to the slow, painful growth of an ordinary ninja—who relied on life-or-death battles and physical development over years just to see small increases—Sasuke's new pace was terrifying. The ability to double his Chakra in a few months, solely through practice, was an anomaly.

Sasuke was too excited to sleep. This addictive feeling of measurable, rapid progress was unstoppable.

He immediately began his second refinement.

...

Throughout the night, Sasuke completed four full Chakra refinement cycles.

The first cycle took less than an hour, but each subsequent cycle required slightly more effort and time. By the fourth cycle, he was genuinely exhausted, the mental consumption substantial.

Despite the fatigue, four cycles netted him a four percent increase in his total Chakra.

At this rate, refining four times a day meant he could double his Chakra amount in less than a month.

Gazing at the astonishing results, Sasuke conceded: "Such talent deserves to be called a genius..."
