Finally, Theodore drove me home and said he would send his driver to pick me up later. I just needed to send him a message.
I don't know whose idea it was to make Theodore insist on driving me home like this. I suspect that Mom was too worried about me to ask Theodore to take care of me.
For a moment, I remembered Caleb. Even Mom didn't think to call him to look after me. To be honest, I missed him, but I would feel awkward if we met now.
I shook my head as I thought about Caleb again. From a distance, I heard Stacy's voice running towards me.
"You got here fast," said Stacy with a grin. "Follow me, Steffany will be here soon," she continued, taking me to the fitting room.
While following Stacy, I turned to her, "Oh, Steffany isn't here yet? I thought you were picking her up, seeing as you didn't pick me up."
