Isaac stood his ground, surprisingly calm and not angry. "Why did you break off the engagement with the Lee family? Dad is really upset."
Ella smirked slightly. "Because Quinn Lee did things that even a beast wouldn't do. I won't allow something like that to stand beside me!"
Her words, filled with a fierce intensity, made Isaac instinctively associate her with the girl who had tried to kill him earlier that afternoon.
He could almost picture Elle sitting at a desk, typing away at a keyboard!
"Did you go to the gaming exhibition in the north part of the city today?"
Isaac finally asked the question that had been weighing on his mind.
Ella glanced at him, not bothering to turn around as she walked toward her bedroom. "You only have one sister, Stella Grant. Her whereabouts are what you should be concerned about."
That was something he had said himself!
Seeing Ella Grant shut the door without hesitation, Isaac Grant couldn't help but chuckle and shake his head. He was a powerhouse in the esports scene, adored by countless fans, but this was the first time someone actually disliked him!
And that someone was his own sister!
He had always thought Ella returned to the Grant family only for their wealth, and her actions since then had indeed brought shame to the family. She seemed timid and incompetent, with a personality that was hard to like.

The next morning, Ella Grant stepped out with Isaac Grant.
Isaac mentioned that there was an art exhibition at the hall today, and Oliver Grant would also be attending, so he wanted her to come along.
