"In the Cerburst Skylands, there are four great kingdoms that rule the skies: the Forest Kingdom of El-Arion in the east, the religious Kingdom of Solaria in the south, the Brutal Kingdom of Valgryn in the far west, and the Iron Kingdom of Stonehammer in the north. Each of them resides within their own sky territory."
Scratch!
"...The Kingdom of El-Arion, home to the Elves. From afar, all you'll see is an endless forest with a colossal tree standing in its center. If you're not an Elf, you'll never be able to enter their land—since their race is known for being extremely reclusive."
Scratch!
"...The Kingdom of Solaria is a human kingdom renowned for its trade. Its sky territory is open to tourists from all over. However, every single citizen there is a member of the Church of Sol. They're known for their fanatic faith. I hope you'll be careful if you ever meet them."
Scratch!
"...The Kingdom of Stonehammer is inhabited by the Dwarves. Their sky territory is filled with rocky mountains and rich mineral mines used for crafting weapons."
Scratch!
"...And lastly, there's the Kingdom of Valgryn, founded by the Beastmen race. Many tribes came together to form Valgryn, so internal conflicts are pretty common. Their sky territory is mostly covered with vast savannas and open plains. Well... you probably know more about that kingdom than anyone else."
Scratch!
"Other than those four kingdoms in the Cerburst Skylands, there's also the Forbidden Land, located on the largest floating island of all. That island is said to be even bigger than the entire Cerburst Skylands combined. If you keep heading north, you'll eventually reach it… or so they say."
Scratch!
"But I wouldn't recommend going there. That place is crawling with dangerous monsters. Still, every year, there are always fools brave enough to explore it. Even the kingdoms themselves send their soldiers to that place—hoping to find priceless relics if luck smiles upon them."
Scratch!
I scratched the ground with a stick until a rough map drawing took shape.
Each large circle represented one floating island that housed a kingdom,
while the smaller circles surrounding them symbolized the mini islands scattered nearby.
"All done!"
"Wow!"
The children with animal ears and tails gaped in awe as they listened to my explanation.
Their eyes sparkled as they stared at the drawing I had made.
Then one of them asked, "What's that drawing at the far east? The one near El-Arion's sky territory?"
"Why...?" I muttered under my breath, scratching my wolf ears as confusion flickered in my mind.
'Why did I drew that?' I asked myself.
