In the noon, Caelith took Sylra for shopping so that she could buy new clothes or whatever she wanted.

Arcanis Castle was decorated like it was on Caelith's birth; everything was free on the whole continent. All the emperors with their families arrived at the castle through the teleportation portal.
Everyone was startled to see such good decorations. It was the children's first time in Arcanis.
Arcanis was glowing in a golden light, beautifully decorated. The citizens were celebrating too. It felt like the most beautiful and peaceful world.
Astrein, Liora, Zephyr, and Raizen entered the castle and were too overwhelmed by the breathtaking view. It was so beautifully decorated.
Everyone entered the banquet hall, waiting for Caelith. Only the emperors and the Noxveil house knew about Sylra residing in Arcanis and her birthday.
Then the emperors said to their children, "Wait here. We need to go to meet Caelith, and then he'll be here afterward. Meanwhile, you guys celebrate Sylra's birthday."
The emperors had disappeared into the air and appeared in the office of the Emperor of Arcanis where Caelith was waiting for them.
Meanwhile, in the Banquet Hall, Sylra entered through the stairs. Everyone was startled to see a young girl enter instead of Caelith. She was wearing a beautiful yellow dress having a red phoenix beautifully imprinted on it. Sylra was looking cute.
She was a bit shy to see her family and this many people watching her. While her brother walked towards her and lent her a hand, she held his hand and walked towards the hall where Draen and others were standing. He introduced her to them, "Hey brother, long time no see. This is my sister, Sylra, and you can call her Caelith's kid sister too. They have been together for a while."
Everyone was shocked, not because of Sylra, but because Caelith talked to someone during these years. He didn't even write a letter to anyone except the emperors.
Everyone introduced themselves to Sylra. Sylra greeted everyone and was standing there watching them. Suddenly, a hand covered her eyes and said, "Guess who?"
Sylra became startled but said, "I've never known anyone except anyone from family and Caelith. Sorry, I don't know you." The hand covering her eyes slid away and she saw a girl.
The hand was Liora's, doing mischiefs again. She laughed and said, "Yeah, you're right, but you're the only girl of my age here. Let's become friends, shall we? Okay, so now we're friends... wait... I haven't introduced myself. My name is Liora Parvelis, from House Parvelis in Parthion."
Sylra became a bit startled again. She had never seen this extrovert girl in her whole life. But Sylra was happy to meet someone her age, so she introduced herself, "I am Sylra Noxveil, from the Noxveil family in Noctyra, but currently living in Arcanis and am Arcanis Emperor's kid sister too. It's nice to meet you."
Liora got surprised and blurted, "By Arcanis Emperor, you meant Mr. Caelith??"
Sylra chuckled after seeing her reaction and replied, "Yes, of course."
Liora got excited and blurted, "You know, I am a very huge fan of Caelith and always wanted to meet him but couldn't meet him due to his closed-door training."
Sylra started telling how and why she met Caelith, wondering if Liora would ignore her after knowing, but the reaction was whole different and Liora said, "You have been through so much, but don't worry. We're friends and no one will dare to do it again. You're under my protection."
Sylra laughed after hearing 'you're under my protection.' How couldn't she laugh after a kid her age said that she'll protect her.
Liora, like a kid, replied to that laugh, "What, don't you believe me?"
Sylra replied while laughing, "Well..." But before she could continue, a voice interrupted her, "Oh, look who it is, it's the black blood of the Noxveil family."
It was Guen Noxveil, and he was very jealous of her. Liora said in anger, "What are you? A pig? Say sorry before I make mincemeat out of you!"
Guen became red after hearing such words from a girl who was younger than him and told her, "Hey kid, don't you want to live? Don't you know who I am?"
Liora said, "It doesn't matter who you are, but you talked bad about my friend. Now bow down and say sorry."
Guen became angrier and he said, "Little girl, don't test my patience. I'm not a very good man."
Liora laughed and said, "You? A man?? No way. You're just an insect, not worthy of standing here."
When Guen heard the word 'unworthy,' he became angrier since it reminded him of the time when Caelith refused to make him fly and told him that he was unworthy. He resented Caelith from that moment. But now a girl said the same word to him.
He, using the Noxveil arts, threw a dagger towards Sylra and Liora.
While Caelith was in a meeting with the Emperors, he suddenly became alerted and slowed time. And said to the emperors, "Sylra and Liora are in danger... Save the attacker before I kill him, Emperor Soxen Noxveil."
The meeting stopped and Soxen Noxveil
(Emperor of Noctyra) became confused. With that, they all decided to end the meeting here and continue after the party.
The emperors suddenly returned to the banquet hall.
Sylra and Liora couldn't counter the dagger since they were at a lower level than Guen.
Guen's daggers were stopped by an external force and suddenly a person wearing a black and blue colored robe appeared in front of him. Guen's expression soured after identifying him.
The person was Caelith. He, in anger, said, "Do you want to die? Trying to use assassination arts on my sisters in my empire!"
When the emperors saw, especially Soxen Noxveil, he was angry but afraid too. Angry because Guen tried to kill two little girls when one was his sister, and he was afraid because Caelith might kill him. When he identified the other girl who was attacked by Guen, he became more afraid since the other girl was Liora, daughter of the Emperor of Parthion. He knew everyone in Parthion adored her.
Caelith was in anger and said, "How dare you try this?"
Guen resented him and thought that a mage couldn't do anything in front of his father and he could easily deal with this mere mage.
He tried to take back his daggers but the daggers didn't listen to him. Caelith became angrier and said, "Still trying? Seems like you're overconfident with your low level of skill!"
Soxen shouted, "Guen!"
Guen thought his father would save him, but his father suddenly got in front of him and slapped him. The slap was so heavy that he fell to the ground with just one slap.
Guen became surprised and said, "But father, they disrespected me!"
Suddenly Liora's voice came, "Oh, really, playing the victim card here? You're the one who came here and called my friend Sylra 'black blood of Noxveil'!"
After Caelith heard these words he told the emperor, "Please step aside, Uncle. Sylra was under my protection, and I promised her that no one will be able to bully her again. Now I'll show everyone the results of bullying Sylra."
The Emperor was angry at Guen when he heard what Guen said. He stepped aside and let Guen accept his punishment.
Guen in horror said, "Father, you can't do this to me!!"
Caelith used telekinesis to lift him in the air and said, "What are you so proud of? These skills or your being the child of an emperor?"
Sylra, while watching Caelith bursting with rage, became emotional and held Caelith's robe and said, "Brother, please don't kill him, he's my brother too."
Caelith and the Emperor's rage went down when they heard Sylra's innocent words. She still thought someone like Guen as a brother when he even tried to attack them.
Caelith turned around and patted her head and with a smile said, "Don't worry, I won't kill him. I'm just going to make him never be able to use his daggers." With that, Caelith used sealing magic and sealed all of Guen's skills and aura, and threw him away as a crippled.
Everyone, including the emperors, became shocked. Caelith used sealing magic which was only heard of in ancient texts.
Caelith turned towards Sylra and Liora and said, "Are you guys fine?"
Liora said like a soldier when they meet the general, "Yes, sir!"
While Sylra dropped tears and said, "I'm sorry for ruining the party."
Caelith wiped her tears and said with a smile, "What are you saying, Birthday Princess? The night is still left and people are still here. The party didn't end." He turned towards the audience and the audience raised their glasses and said, "Of course, the party isn't ruined a bit. We congratulate both of you. Happiest birthday!"
