Yang Rou's eyes widened in surprise as Su Han walked towards him with a fearless stride. "Meet me at Wuishen Alley after school," she challenged, her voice firm and bold.
Yang Rou snorted, clearly amused by her bravery. But before he could respond, Su Han's hand shot out, and she slammed his head into the desk.
The student erupted into gasps and whispers as Yang Rou's face contorted in pain. The sudden violence left everyone stunned, and Su Han's calm demeanor only added to the shock.
Yang Rou's eyes blazed with fury as he clutched his sore head. The teacher burst in, commanding silence. "What's going on here?" she demanded.
Yang Rou bit back his retort, his eyes locked on Su Han with a promise of retribution after school. The commotion died down and the students reluctantly returned to their seats, their eyes darting between Su Han and Yang Rou.
As the class ended, Pel Chan hurried to Su Han's side. "Hey, I heard about what happened with Yang Rou. Do you need me to help you deal with him?" he asked, his brow furrowed with concern.
Su Han smiled, shaking her head. "No need, I've got this under control." Pel Chan was the old Su Han closest friend and she didn't want to make use of the ties between them.
Moreover in her past life, she had been betrayed by her closest friend so she didn't want to open her heart or rely on anyone in this life.
Pel Chan's eyes narrowed, unconvinced. "You're sure? With my family's influence, no one would dare touch you."
Su Han's expression remained firm. "I appreciate the offer, but I've handled worse situations than this." Pel Chan's face fell, and Su Han added, "Actually, I'm transferring schools."
Pel Chan's eyes widened in surprise, and he felt a pang of disappointment. "What? When?"
Su Han explained the situation, and Pel Chan's face darkened. "Well, in that case, let me host lunch at my family's restaurant tonight. It'll be a farewell gathering." Su Han hesitated, but Pel Chan's hopeful expression won her over.
"Okay" Pel Chan's face lit up with a smile. "I'll make sure it's a night to remember."
Su Meiyou pouted in front of Yang Rou, her eyes sparkling with false tears. "Yang Rou, darling, don't fight with Su Han. She always bullies me at home, and I'm so scared."
Yang Rou's anger softened, but his pride wouldn't let him back down. "Don't worry, Meiyou, I'll take care of her. I've already called my brothers to help me teach her a lesson."
Su Meiyou's expression remained concerned, but inside she was happy, someone was finally going to beat Su Han up. Yang Rou was too enraged to notice her smirk. "I'll make sure she regrets ever crossing me," he snarled.
Thirty minutes after school ended, Yang Rou and his four street brothers gathered at Wuishen Alley.
A crowd of students had already formed, eager to witness the spectacle. Many brought their phones, ready to record Su Han's humiliation.
They waited for twenty minutes but Su Han still hadn't showed up. Yang Rou's confidence grew with every passing moment. Where was Su Han? Was she too scared to show up?
After some minutes of waiting, Su Han appeared, walking calmly towards Yang Rou. The onlookers snickered, and Yang Rou sneered, cracking his knuckles in preparation for the fight. But Su Han's expression remained calm, her eyes fixed on Yang Rou.
Pel Chan raised an eyebrow, a mocking glint in his eye. "You think bringing your street brothers along will help you, Yang Rou? You're really something." His tone was laced with worry, he feared Su Han wouldn't be able to fight them alone.
"Do you need me to join you?" Pel Chan asked Su Han, his voice laced with concern. "I learned martial arts as a kid, just in case I needed to protect myself." Su Han's response was immediate.
She rejected Pel Chan's offer with a wave of her hand and tossed her school bag at him. "Let's finish this quickly," she said to the five brothers, her voice firm. "I still have dinner to attend"
Everyone sneered at her thinking she was bragging about winning the fight. The street brothers were angry she didn't take them serious and decided not to take things easy with her even if she was a girl.
Su Han knew she had to end the fight quickly. She hadn't fully regained her stamina from her past life, and she didn't want to wear herself out. With a swift and deadly precision, she targeted each brother's weak points, taking them down one by one.
The fight was over in 10 minutes, with Su Han having no injuries. The crowd watched in stunned silence as the brothers lay on the ground, defeated.
"Don't ever dare cross my path"Su Han brought out her leg and stomped on Yang Rou right knee which caused a bone cracking sound that everyone heard.
She stomped the other leg too and everyone shivered. ""This is for the Su Han you bullied in the past"She thought"
Su Meiyou's eyes widened in shock as she watched the brothers get taken down. She couldn't believe Su Han's skill and speed.
"How could they be so weak?" she thought to herself, rolling her eyes in disdain. She quickly changed her expression to one of outrage.
Su Meiyou rushed forward, her voice loud and indignant. "This is outrageous! Su Han, you have no mercy! Yang Rou is your classmate, and you didn't take pity on him?"
The scene was captured on video by many students. They posted it online with hashtags like #JusticeForYangRou and #SuHanIsABully.
Su Han seemed oblivious to the drama unfolding online.
Su Han's reputation took a hit as the online community labeled her a bully. Su Meiyou, on the other hand, was hailed as a sweet and innocent girl.
When no one was watching, Su Han snuck up behind Su Meiyou and poured an itching powder on her. Su Meiyou's eyes widened in shock as she felt the intense itching sensation spreading across her skin.
Su Han knew Su Meiyou was behind Yang Rou's attack. She had prepared some special poisons earlier that day, which was why she was late to the fight. As an assassin in her previous life, Su Han was skilled in creating poisons and medicinal herbs.
Pel Chan confronted Su Meiyou, his voice shrill with anger. "How could you be so cruel, Su Meiyou? You're supporting an outsider over your own cousin!"
Su Meiyou's eyes darted between Su Han and Pel Chan, her fear evident. She walked away, calling friends to take Yang Rou and his street brothers to the hospital. Her plan had backfired.
"Let's go eat lunch"Pel Chan drove off.
