Raising his vigilance with his raised sword, ready to slay any foe, a small, white, fluffy ear beast appear?
"A rabbit? Should I kill it?"
Hiding behind the bush, there a lay a rabbit eating a carrot .After pondering a moment, he decided to kill. Its not like he is heartless, but for energy he needed food, and the food with him wouldn't last long. So the best course of action would be the hunting.
Making up the thought he raised the sword, and dashed forward at his maximum speed and sw9nging it diagonally on it.
As if realising something, the rabbit turned it head and grinned as if mocking him, and and jumped to the right side, dodging the Ryu arc's of his slashed blade.
"What?"
An expression of surprise appeared on his face.
"How did it dodged at the last moment? and what was that expression? If it was a normal rabbit, it would already be my dinner."
After a moment of thought.
"Shit."
"I should forget the rules of my previous world. How can it be normal in this world."
Shaking his head, he looked toward the very same rabbit. Compared to the earth rabbit, this one is two timess large, which looks harmless, maaking the predator inviting.
Now, a the glowimg red eyes flashing with a long deadly nails.
"What the hell." After the initial attack from Ryu, the rabiit completely transformed.
Seeing the rabbit rud=shing towards him, Ryu held his sword, and push forward, but the rabbit made a 90 degree jump, as if it was jumping on an air.
I took my dagger, from my waist as quick as he can, and thrusted it forward.

A loud metallic sound echoed.
The rabbit blocked it with its paw, but the force he applied, and with a twist of wrist turn, he able to tore thee haalf of the raabbit chest.
Seeing, the rabbit geetting injured, Ryu didn't let the opprtunity slip, and quickly plunged the dagger in its head pinning it on the ground. The rabbitshort life came to end.

Ryu panted heavily, as he fell onto the ground with a low thud sound.
"Though, I managed to kill, it was all down to my instainct and luck. Without the upgrade of my swordmanship, i would be lying dead."
Ryu shuddered at the thought of dying again, wasting the second oportunity, god had given him. He would be most disgraced in reincarnated people history.
He have to adapt to this world quickly, otherwise he wouldn't know when he died.
Like protagonist who get saved somehow but geeting help or coincidental interference from hig level being, he don't have plot armour or aura of heaven favored one. No halo of being extra provided to him. He have to rely on himself.

Quickly getting up from the ground, Ryu got up without letting his guaard down and looking around his surrounding for any danger present he moved forward while grabbing the rabbit corpsse. The blue blood dtill dripped from hid dagger, as he clean it of with a piece of cloth.
Holding the corpse, Ryu's stomach churned as he want to throw up.
Composing himself, he walked to the forest while being careful not to go deep inside.

As he walked for a ten minute., Ryu heard a rustling of leaves.

A arrow passed throught the side of ryu cheek, barely making aa contact, and plunging it into the trunk of the tree.
Ryu quickly brought up the sword in front him and gazing everywhere searchinfg for the ambush.

Then again a whistling sound came, as the arrow tore throught the air. Ryu, only witn his pre and raw instinct dodged the incoming attack.
"Got you."
Ryu, with an odd look of coldness dashed through the trees and slashing it to the a small green figure whose frinning expression changed to horror.

Ryu without any shred of hesitation slashed it throught the neck of the creature, spraying the green blood on the ground.

After the rush of adrelanine, Ryu saw the clear body of the dead creature.
The creature was small, greeen coloured skin with crooked nose and yellow beady eyes, laid motionlessly with an expression of shock, as it doesn't know how it died.
"There is a goblin?"
Ryu exclaimed in low voice, looking at the notification confirming the guess.
In Soulis, the meaning of moster and beast are different. The beast are the generaall animal of the world, who got mutated and stronger after the disaster thousand years ago.
And monster are those, who came from the other realm. They are more intelligent than normal beast, aand the high rannk moster intelligence are compared to humans.
In addition to the core in their body, the source of their culmination of strength.
