☤ I. The Birth of the Twin Elixirs
"In the silence between a heartbeat and its echo, Noir Atremus mixed light with shadow, and from that paradox brewed a soul.
Thus came Felix — servant, scholar, and the hand that heals through poison."
— Book of Luminous Eclipse, Verse V:1
Unlike the princes born of Noir's divine essence, Felix was crafted — the result of the Aetherion's direct alchemy.
He was not meant to rule, but to maintain: the invisible hand that keeps gods and mortals in balance.
When he opened his eyes for the first time, two streams of light flowed from them — one green as healing spring, the other violet as dying dusk.
From that duality came his Authority of the Twin Elixirs: all poisons and all remedies exist under his command.
⚗️ II. The Divine Paradox — Venom and Mercy
Felix understands what few gods can — that life and death are not enemies, but ingredients.
To him, poison is a teacher, pain is a purifier, and healing is an art that must embrace destruction.
He moves with calm precision, speaking softly as if the world itself is fragile glass.
When he touches a wound, it either blossoms or decays — depending on whether the soul deserves mercy.
He serves Noir Atremus not as a subordinate, but as the left hand of the monarch, carrying out the subtle workings of balance while the sons govern the elements.
🜄 III. His Divine Authority
1. God of Alchemy, Life, and Death
Felix governs the transformation of matter, body, and spirit. He is invoked by both healers and assassins, for his blessing brings both restoration and demise.
2. Warden of Venom and Cure
All toxins, antidotes, and magical brews owe their potency to his whisper. Even the poison that kills gods is said to carry his signature.
3. Keeper of Equilibrium in Flesh and Spirit
He ensures that no life lingers unnaturally and no death arrives too soon. Every plague, every cure, every mutation of the body is guided by his balance.
4. The Hand of Restoration and Ruin
His divine touch determines fates — a caress that heals or a kiss that kills.
⚖️ IV. The Chalice of Dual Essence
At the heart of Felix's faith lies his sacred relic — the Chalice of Dual Essence, said to hold both the Nectar of Life and the Draught of Decay.
He alone can drink from both and remain unchanged.
The Chalice is kept within the Sanctum of Still Breath, a hidden chamber beneath the Luminous Castle, where every potion of existence is recorded — the recipe of life itself.
🜂 V. Faith, Temples, and Symbols
His followers, called The Apothearchs, are alchemists, physicians, and shadow healers who blend science and prayer.
They believe in the creed:
"To heal is to understand death; to cure is to embrace corruption."
Temples of Felix are laboratories sanctified by silence — filled with flasks of silver and bone, where incense of myrrh and rot mingle.
His clergy wear robes split in black and ivory, symbolizing the twin nature of his gift.
His symbol: a serpent coiled around a chalice, its fangs dripping into the cup — representing unity of poison and cure.
🜸 VI. Relation to Noir and His Divine Family
Felix serves Noir Atremus as the eternal butler and confidant — his most trusted agent and keeper of divine order within the court.
He tends to the wounds of gods and tempers their excess.
To Baal, he brews flame-resistant tonics and elixirs of rebirth.
To Nathan, he offers dream-distilling draughts that maintain the Lunar Veil.
To Leonel, he provides crystalline tonics that preserve the seas' purity.
Felix himself never claims kinship, yet Noir once spoke:
"He who holds both death and life in hand is no servant — he is the pulse of creation itself."
Thus, Felix stands not as lesser, but as the unseen equal, a god who upholds the balance Noir established.
☠️ VII. The Canticle of the Twin Hands
"One hand brews venom, the other balm.
Both pour from the same chalice.
And the world is healed —
or ends —
by the same measure."
— The Canticle of the Twin Hands, Verse 13
Felix is the venomous mercy of the cosmos — neither cruel nor kind, but exact.
Where others destroy or save, he restores.
His name is whispered by healers before surgery and by assassins before striking — for both, knowingly or not, act in the domain of Felix, the Twin-Handed God.
