Before their banter continued, a large yet unknown wave hit them, most citizen of Loufu felt the wave yet can't exactly tell what it was but they were sure it exist.
Before they could start asking what had happened, citizen felt as if something inside of them is writing, like a sleeping snake that had woken up from a long nap, it desperately tried to escape their body.
"Augh" A quarter of the Loufu's citizen kneeled to the ground as golden branch began to pierce through their body.
"AHH!" Some who were unaffected began to panic as their friends and loved one kneeled and suffer.
And those who was knowledgeable suddenly felt an eerie dread crept up on them 'Mara-strucked?!? How!??' Though such thoughts remained unanswered, a current crisis in front of them needs to be resolved or else the whole of Loufu will collapse.
Cloud knights who remained unaffected began to run their drill that had been ingrained in them.
"ALL CITIZEN, DO NOT PANIC, EVACUATE TO STAR-SKIFF HAVEN IN AN ORDERLY FASHION." Through order and shout they began to evacuate all citizen to the nearest strategical place that had been predetermined.
Meanwhile at Qin Shaoqing's courtyard, several hurried footsteps came beyond the walls as hurried shouts came from the distance.
"Master, I need to go!" Sushang's eyes had sharpened, leaving no trace of her silly and carefree look she wore before.
Knowing it was her duty Qin Shaoqing naturally couldn't stop her and nodded.
"Wait Sushang!" Before she could leave Guanaifen stopped her. "Promise me if you ever encounter a dangerous situation, prioritize your life first."
The worry in her best friend's eyes naturally soften her "Hm, I'll promise I won't die." Sushang without hesitation dashed out of the courtyard, leaving her best friend in her master's hand.
Seeing Sushang who carried the large xuanyuan sword on her back along with the long sword on her hip, Qin Shaoqing couldn't help but admire her a little. 'My little disciple has long spread her wings.'
"Let's go and evacuate shall we." Qin Shaoqing suggested.
"Yeah, let do as the Cloud knight says." Guanaifen suddenly pulled a long staff from her mysterious pocket again and held it close.

Sushang who was helping evacuating, saw a child and mother had fallen in the middle of a crowd, and the people behind her who was blindly running hit her several time making it impossible to get up again.
"Momma!" The child who was in the mother's clutches cried out loud.
"Evacuate calmly." Sushang reminded the crowd again but before she could get another word out, she saw a fully transformed denizen of abundance who was about to pounce on the mother and child pair.
The mother who saw impending doom, clutched her child within her embrace hoping her body would protect her child.
Sushang without a thought, she tensed her leg muscle and entered the Fast-Style stance, launching herself at the denizen of abundance at lightning speed.
Before she knew it, her longblade was drawn and severed the head of the monstrosity in front of her.
'What.. happened...' Sushang who was in a daze was suddenly woken up by the child's cry of awe. "Wow miss, you're so cool!"
"Evacuate quickly, I'll try to hold them off!" Sushang reminded them and turned around.
Upon seeing several denizen of abundance running towards her, Sushang couldn't but to take a step back, but realizing who was behind her she steeled her resolve.
'First striker always gains the advantage.' her teacher's words coursed through her mind.
'strike first!' Sushang's leg muscle tensed once more, and in a blink of an eye she arrived in front of the them again.
"Fast-Style: Half-moon slash" Before she could process the word in her mind, her body already moved, decapitating all the denizen in a single swing.
Some Cloud knight who saw her couldn't help but be at awe and wonder who she is.
"Which division is she from?"
"She looked so young yet so fierce."
"Is she from a prominent sword family?"
Several questions lingered throughout the air, yet all of them couldn't be answered as they were in the middle of a battle.
Sushang herself couldn't help but look at her own sword, was she still herself, previously she could barely kill a single denizen with the xuanyuan sword but now she felt like she can still kill 100 of them without a baited breath.
'Though the scripture of 'bigger is better' holds true in many parts, if one cannot lift a meteor, why hope to swing it?' Her Master's word rang in her mind again.

Unknowingly the madden mara-struck denizen couldn't help but to fear her after seeing her smile. Fear? they were blood lusting creature with only the goal of destroying every living being near them.
Shouldn't she fear them, not the other way around?? Who reversed the script!?!
"Since you all won't come to me, then I'll welcome myself in!" Sushang after muttering something, disappeared from her spot before appearing in another, killing another denizen of abundance near her which surprised the denizens.
But before they could react Sushang moved again, killing another.
'Who's the true monster here!!' Everyone who saw this scene couldn't help but blurt out.
