Peter open his eyes with a slap on his bum. As he had a little idea what was going on with him, he immediately started crying like a baby. The lack of pain tolerence his small body had also helped in his act.
Yeah, he just got born.
As someone who had read reincarnation type novels, he had a basic idea how he should act as a baby. Soon after getting cleaned up and wrapped up in a cloth, he was fed with milk and then put to sleep.
His eyes weren't open yet so he couldn't get the idea that where was he, or how his parents looked, but he was ok with waiting and taking his time growing up. But what's with this crying of another baby? Was he in some kind of hospital where someone else was born around the same time?
After about a month, peter or now called as Eir had now an idea of the situation he was in. Or should I say she was in. Yeah, she was born a female. But that not even the strangest part. The strange thing is that he was born with a twin.
Now what could be strange about that. Well, Eir now have a twin brother named Thor. Yeah, The god of thunder Thor from norse mithology or maybe from MCU. Eir couldn't believe it first, she thought it was just a coincidence, there could be many people with same name. But her doubt all vanished when her mother took her outside to the balcony and she saw the rainbow bridge of bifrost.
She was born a goddess. Eir didn't know that there was ever mention of Thor having a twin-sister but she couldn't care less because Why should she complain. It was a great setting for a reincarnated person. She had read the storys in which people get born as orphan or had to go through a lot of hardships just to get the basics. But now as a Princess of Asgard or as a littrel goddess, her life should be smooth sailing. Only if those guys from TVA doesn't show up. But for some reason there was no sigh of them until now. But Eir was really afraid of those guys.
Now back to life as a newborn. Eir and Thor were taken care of together. Frigga was there with them when feeding them. But most of the time they were taken care of by maids and servents. Sometime Odin, their fater came to see them but he looked busy around the time as Eir heard that there was an war ongoing with Jotunheim.
Her time was mostly spent lying down. Sometime her mother would tell them about the tales of warriors of past era not that a common child could understand. It was for the purpose of getting them used to human Language so they could pick up something.
Eir acted as a child. Or a quite child. She didn't couse trouble for her mother or servants as Thor was there to constantly remind them of their existence. Yeah, he was a crybaby. But Eir got used to his crying. Well, there was no other options too. She couldn't just demand her personal room from her parents could she, so she let it be.
As time went by there company of two became of three. Yeah, Eir was now confident that this was MCU as the third person Loki was getting raised beside them as a sibling.
Eir was somewhat wary of Loki character but she left it to worry about in future.
Few years went by. These three siblings now could go around the palace on their own. Thor and Loki spent their time playing around and doing fake fights. Sometimes Eir would join them too but most of the time she was by her mother side learning stuff and reading books.
As a person of world without magic in her previous life, Eir was always fascinated with the concept of magic and all this stuff. So she was as enthusiastic as a child while learning the foundation of magic and spells.
As Eit understand it, asgardian magic was different from the magic used by sorcerer like dr. Strange as asgardian magic was originated from the power of their godly blood. Loki inherited this from fieega in original timeline as they had gone through many rituals in their upbringing for their protection and growth.
Eir's gole now was to learn the asgardian magic and be proficient at it. As for fighting she could learn it in future. As a goddess she had all the time in the world.
