I have finally been discharged.
After so much hard work and recovery.
I no longer need to stay locked up in that hospital.
Now I can go home.
If I can really call it home.
"Are you feeling alright, my lord?"
Arrak asks from behind me, still concerned.
I wish she could stop worrying
"Yeah I'm fine."
"Are you really sure?"
"If I weren't, I'd still be in that bed"
"But what if the doctors are wrong?"
"They aren't wrong, they're doctors"

"But there is a Chance they aren't…"
"And there is a much higher chance that they are."

her shoulders loosened as if a weight was lifted from them

She clamped her hand over her mouth as if she realized something.
