Chapter 9 - Mystery Reveal Of The Cave

Pramit rolled over on the soft bed, staring up at the stone ceiling. The air inside the cave was cool and comfortable — too comfortable. He stretched, yawned, and murmured,

"I could live here forever… if no one bothers me."

A soft chime echoed again.

[System Reminder: New Skill — Earth Manipulation. Would you like to test?]

He blinked once. "Test? Hah… sounds like effort."Another chime.

[Hint: Using skill may reveal hidden functions.]

He sighed dramatically. "Fine, fine. You win."

Pramit raised his hand lazily toward the ground. "Alright, Earth something something... move?"

The floor trembled softly. Dust lifted into the air, and a small stone rose from the ground, floating before his eyes.

"Oh… it actually worked," he said in mild surprise. "That's… neat."

He concentrated again, this time thinking about comfort. The cave floor shifted smoothly, forming a flat stone table beside his bed. Then a chair. Then a shelf. Then, because he was bored, a rock statue of himself napping.

He grinned. "Okay… maybe this skill isn't bad after all."

The system chimed once more:

[Skill Rank: Earth Manipulation — S][Special Trait Unlocked: Auto-Repair | Structures you create will maintain themselves.]

Pramit blinked, staring at the glowing text. "Auto-repair? So… I can be lazy even when I build stuff? Perfect."

He leaned back on the bed, smirking. "Who needs adventure when you've got a self-fixing house, hot water, and no responsibilities?"

The cave shimmered faintly, as if responding to his words — the light crystals along the walls glowed a little brighter.Pramit sighed, pulling the blanket over himself. "I'll explore more tomorrow. Maybe. Probably not."

Within moments, he drifted back to sleep, the sound of soft running water echoing gently through the cave.Outside, the forest remained peaceful… and for now, the laziest hero in another world rested comfortably in his very own underground paradise.

The morning light filtered through the cave's crystal lamps. Pramit stretched lazily, scratching his head as he sat up."Ahh… what a great sleep. No monsters, no noise, no problems. Just peace," he muttered with a grin.

He stood up and wandered around the cave, humming softly. Then, behind one of the stone shelves, something caught his eye — a dusty old book, bound in dark leather and covered with strange golden symbols.

"Huh? What's this?"

He brushed off the dust and froze. His eyes widened slowly. The writing… was in Chakma language — his own!

"Wait a minute… this can't be real. Someone from my world was here?"

He sat on the sofa, flipping the pages carefully. The first line made his heart skip.

'To the next soul born from another world — this cave is now yours.'

Pramit blinked. "...Okay, that's creepy and cool at the same time."

The next few pages explained everything. The mysterious writer — another isekai traveler — had built this cave long ago. The book was his legacy, meant for whoever came next.

The entries described the structure in detail:

"This cave was shaped with the Earth God's blessing. It will recognize its new master and adapt to their comfort."

Pramit smirked. "So that's why it looks like a five-star hotel underground. The guy had taste."

He kept reading. The next chapters described the world's structure — five continents, each ruled by different races:

Human Continent — divided into three mighty kingdoms: the Magic Kingdom, the Pegoda Kingdom, and the Warrior Kingdom.

Demon Continent — filled with chaos and ancient power.

Beast Continent — home to fierce tribes and untamed lands.

Elf Continent — blessed with unmatched magical energy, but weak in other abilities.

Dwarven Continent — masters of crafting and weapons.

The book continued, describing the three Human Kingdoms in detail.

"Among them, the Pegoda Kingdom stands as the strongest — blessed with divine healing arts and advanced alchemy. Their priests and mages can even cure curses. The Magic Kingdom follows, where arcane studies are the highest honor. The Warrior Kingdom values strength above all else."

Pramit closed the book slowly, his expression calm."Five continents, three kingdoms… another isekai guy before me… wow. That's a lot to take in before breakfast."

He leaned back on the sofa, staring at the ceiling.

"Still, knowing this world's layout might save me some trouble later… maybe."

Then he smirked lazily.

"But not now. I just got comfortable. Let the kingdoms wait — the world isn't going anywhere."

The system chimed softly, almost approving his sloth.

[New World Data Registered: Continent Map Unlocked]

Pramit yawned again, tossing the book gently onto the table. "I'll read more later… or maybe after lunch. Yeah, that sounds right."

With that, he stretched out on the sofa again — the laziest hero in another world, slowly learning the secrets of his new home, one nap at a time.
