Alexander stood at the balcony of the third floor looking into the sky which was full of stars and it reminded him of the face he wanted to get out of his head.
Today he had almost lost control when he got close to her, a second more and he could have sucked her dry.
Why! Why the f*ck was he getting so attracted to her? Whenever he was with her he felt like he was about to explode! He felt like he would go crazy anytime soon, something he had never experienced in his entire life!
This was something that was getting out of control and he had to find a way to stop it! No matter what! She was just a damn human being and he...he was a creature of the night!
Alexander looked at the glass of blood in his hand and he didn't even have the urge to drink it. Ever since he met her, he found it difficult to drink animal blood or any other beings blood!
He had not even realised he could not read her mind until today when they were in the elevator. He had never cared about hearing other's thoughts but today made him care! He had thousands of questions running through his mind.
'Lim Yueling...who the hell are you? How...are we connected?'
Meanwhile, Lim Yueling stood at the balcony of her ward also looking up at the sky full of stars. Cha Min had left earlier because he had a few things to attend to.
"The sky is so pretty today ", Lim Yueling's lips slightly curled up and a tear dropped from her eyes.
She chuckled and immediately wiped the tear. No matter how hard she tried to forget, she still had a lot of things going through her mind.
It had never been easy being an adopted daughter and being so pretty. To her, her beauty was not a blessing but more like a curse. People hated her just because she was prettier and smarter.
She was certain that there was definitely another rumor about her flying and trending on the Internet. Her adoptive family was not exactly well known but everyone had their eyes on her.
After college, she did not know what was in for her, returning to her past or continuing with her future? That was a question to which she did not know the answer.

Lim Kyung's face was red when she realised that everyone noticed the hickey on her shoulder.
The dress she was wearing was slightly revealing so she couldn't hide it anymore.
"You don't have to be shy, you're a married woman after all", said her assistant who was blushing as well.
Lim Kyung had always dreamed of becoming an actress and her dream had come true after she married Xu Kan.
The Xu family was indeed powerful and wealthy and managed to land her roles without much difficulty.
"Hmph!", Chu Xuling, a young girl casting as the second female lead chuckled when she heard those words.
Lim Kyung's assistant almost went over and confronted her but was stopped by Lim Kyung who shook her head at her.
Today they were here to shoot the final scene of a movie where Lim Kyung was casted as the female lead.
Lim Kyung was quite pretty which was one of the reasons why Xu Kan had married her.
"Alright! Action!", the director clapped his hands.
An hour later, they were done filming and the director congratulated everyone on the team.
"Since today's the final day together before the promotion starts, why don't we have a team dinner?", The director proposed.
Everyone immediately agreed except for Lim Kyung.
"Mrs Xu? What about you?", the director turned to her.
Realising that everyone's eyes were on her, Lim Kyung trembled slightly.
She could not dare to go anywhere without her husband's permission. He had only allowed her to come shoot but not to a dinner.
"I...I have to...I already have dinner plans with my husband!", Lim Kyung stuttered. She had almost spilled the truth! Xu Kan would definitely kill her if he found out!
"Oh so that's it.", the director nodded, understanding her.
"Mrs Xu is so shy!", someone teased.
"Young master Xu is truly romantic, taking his wife out on a date after she's done filming ", someone added.
"I really envy Lim Kyung. She's young and married into a wealthy family ", someone added.
Lim Kyung took out her phone and sent a text to Xu Kan.
[Husband: I'm done filming. Where should we meet?]
Xu Kan had told her they would go out on a date tonight. He was rarely romantic so she had been very excited when he informed her of the date yesterday.
She had just headed out when she received a text from him.
[Husband: I am busy. Cannot make it ]
Lim Kyung read the message over and over again, her eyes slightly brimming with tears.
What more had she expected? Why had she foolishly gotten her hopes high? Why had she believed him when he had never ever kept his words?
The message had been so short and so brief. He had not even cared to explain.
'Lim Kyung, stop making a fool out of yourself! He doesn't love you! He has never loved you and...he will never...love you!'
"Miss Lim...you're still here?", Lim Kyung's assistant could not believe her eyes. Lim Kyung had left them almost an hour ago so why was she still here at the entrance.
"Madam Xu, don't tell me your husband disappointed you?", Chu Xuling laughed softly.
Lim Kyung immediately wiped away her tears and turned to them.
"He said something important came up. Can I come with you guys?", Lim Kyung asked. She didn't want to go home drowning in loneliness and tears.
"Of course!", the middle aged director responded excitedly. He had a favour to ask from her and he hoped it was really going to work out.
"Why would you even ask?", Gong Chan, the male lead said, "Since you didn't bring a car why don't you join me?"
Lim Kyung had heard a lot of how a great flirt Gong Chan was. It was even said that he had slept with a lot married women. During the filming however, Lim Kyung got to know him and they had become a bit of friends.
"Sure", Lim Kyung responded and followed behind him quietly.
Gong Chan opened the door of the black SUV for her and she got in before he jumped into the driver's seat.
Standing not too far away, Chu Xuling clenched her fists.
She had proposed joining Gong Chan in his car but he had immediately turned her down! That slut however managed to seduce him and was now sitting in a car with him!
"Ahhhhh!!!", Chu Xuling stomped her feet angrily.
"Are you...okay?", one of the filming producers took a step back.
Chu Xuling glared at him before hailing down a taxi! She was not so popular but after this movie was released she would definitely overflow in popularity!
