Chapter 14 - Blood Purification Method

From that day on, Takeshi began to visit Tsunade daily, dedicating himself to researching methods to increase bloodline concentration.

Currently, there are three known methods.

The first is external cell transplantation. In the original story, Orochimaru attempted to fuse the power of all creation by transplanting hashirama cells into other Ninja.

This method is certainly not advisable.

He wanted to increase Kushina's own bloodline concentration, not add other bloodlines.

Moreover, if he were to make Kushina look like that Bastard Danzo, Takeshi himself couldn't stand it and wouldn't even be able to look at her.

So, he immediately dismissed it.

The second method is inter-clan marriage. For example, the Hyuga Clan's branch and main families combining, producing talents like Hinata and Hanabi, who have extremely high Byakugan concentrations.

However, this method would only increase the bloodline concentration of the next generation and would not help Kushina at all.

So, it was also dismissed.

That leaves only the third method.

This method was actually his own idea.

It mainly referenced the Uchiha Clan's need for stimulation to awaken their Sharingan, and Jugo's Taketori Clan's innate ability to absorb natural energy and enter Sage Mode, increasing their own power.

Simply put, it involves using external forces and self-stimulation to tap into and increase bloodline concentration.

It's important to know that the human body has many acupoints, some of which are special and can stimulate bloodline potential.

During this process, by combining the absorption of special energy to cleanse the meridians and strengthen the bloodline's potential, there is a very high possibility of increasing bloodline concentration.

The process is somewhat similar to Sage Mode, but also different.

Sage Mode converts natural energy into "Sage Chakra," but this method uses natural energy to cleanse the meridians, continuously strengthening the bloodline's potential, and then increasing bloodline concentration.

Although both require natural energy, their essence is different.

Of course, before enhancing Kushina, he would first experiment on himself.

He is from the Uchiha Clan and also inherited Indra's bloodline, so he can also undergo bloodline purification.

If successful, then using the same method to help Kushina would be much safer and more secure.

It's important to know that Kushina's life and death are tied to his mission, so Takeshi must ensure her safety.

However, this method requires the use of the Three Great Sage Regions.

After all, the natural energy there is the purest and most abundant, and cleansing the meridians there would be easier.

Among the people Takeshi currently knows, only Tsunade has a connection to Shikkotsu Forest, one of the Three Great Sage Regions.

Therefore, he must try to get Tsunade to teach him the Summoning Jutsu related to Shikkotsu Forest.

But before that, he faced another thorny problem—

"Bastard, let's duel!"

That's right, it was Kushina, who had been bothering him constantly these past few days.

Bang!

The office door was suddenly pushed open.

Watching Kushina walk in with her small head held high and a confident demeanor, Takeshi sighed helplessly.

Ever since this little girl lost to him that day,

his service, which originally consisted of a daily hum, now included a daily duel, completely numbing Takeshi.

Even though Kushina lost every time, and even though Takeshi sometimes hit her too hard and injured her, she still tirelessly came to find him.

It made Takeshi wonder if Kushina had some special fetish—masochism.

Coupled with her relationship with Tsunade, Takeshi almost couldn't avoid her.

Because he always had to come to Konoha Hospital for research, and this place was practically Kushina's home turf.

"Konoha Third Training Ground."

Takeshi almost blurted it out subconsciously, a familiarity that was heartbreaking.

Immediately after, the two arrived at the familiar training ground, fought as usual, and then, as usual, Takeshi won.

Then Kushina would say that classic line: "Hmph, I'll be back again!"

Takeshi had heard this sentence so many times that his ears were practically calloused.

"Teacher, you must help me!"

Back at Konoha Hospital, Takeshi complained to Tsunade in front of him.

It was truly unbearable to be suddenly interrupted at a critical moment of research every time.

He wanted a quiet environment!

Do you think I feel any better?

Besides Takeshi, Kushina sought out Tsunade the most, pestering her every day to teach her powerful Ninjutsu.

But she was just an ordinary medical Ninja; besides being a little strong, she wasn't particularly special.

Tsunade slumped in the sofa, holding a bottle of sake, taking sips now and then.

"Do you want some?"

Suddenly remembering there was another living person in the room, she raised the bottle again to offer.

"..."

No, shouldn't you be helping me out?

Looking at Tsunade, whose face was flushed, Takeshi's forehead was covered in black lines. Had she lost money somewhere again, to be drinking so much? He felt he probably wouldn't get any useful answers.

"I think that girl probably sees you as her friend."

However, just when he had given up hope, Tsunade suddenly uttered this sentence.

"Friend?"

"Yes."

Tsunade pulled Takeshi into an embrace, wildly rubbing his head, taking the opportunity to get a little revenge.

It's all because of you, kid, that I'm so tired!

With his head resting on her flat chest, Takeshi hadn't expected her to suddenly do something like this; he was completely speechless.

No, you're not playing fair!

Seeing that Tsunade had no intention of stopping for a long time and wasn't answering his question, he could only reluctantly interrupt her.

"Teacher?"

Hearing the reminder, Tsunade reluctantly withdrew her hand.

"You're really something, kid!"

"What?"

What did I do now?

Takeshi was puzzled, looking bewildered.

Tsunade was about to take another sip of sake, but noticing Takeshi beside her, she stopped her action and said with rare seriousness:

"Haven't you noticed that Kushina has always been alone?"

Takeshi paused: "Aren't you a person?"

A vein popped on Tsunade's forehead, and she directly hit him on the head:

"Slick talker. I'm talking about people her age."

The serious atmosphere was instantly broken.

Takeshi covered his aching head, thinking, you didn't make it clear earlier... However, when Kushina came to find him, she indeed was always alone.

He tried to recall his days with Kushina at the academy and then realized that Kushina never seemed to have any interaction with anyone else.

Although those classmates would always provoke Kushina, she would at most retaliate with her fists once, and then ignore them.

She basically came and went alone, and then checked in with him... The more Takeshi thought about it, the more something felt off, and his brows furrowed tighter.

"They're all troublesome little brats..." Tsunade glanced at him, and noticing he was deep in thought, she took another gulp of sake, but drank it too fast and ended up choking.

"Cough, cough, cough, what the hell..."
