After Tai summoned Diablo and Draculina, and they informed him of everything that had transpired, Tai did not merely become angry; he challenged all of humanity. He declared in a furious voice:
"Everyone will ask me what people have done to me.
Humans are the ones who made me like this, I will not keep one of them, if they only know that I am the hero of the shield.... I will tell them that I was born a murderer and I will die as a murderer."
Tai, Diablo, and Draculina headed toward the Kingdom, named Neostagia. They passed through the checkpoint, and the inspector asked:
"Do you have a trade license, are you an adventurer, or are you seeking employment here?"
Tai replied:
"We are new and are seeking employment."
The inspector said:
"Very well, pass through."
After they entered the Kingdom, Tai instructed:
"Let's split up here. Each of you will give me a report on the guard formations and working hours."
They separated. Tai went, disguised under the name Yotaro, and rented a spacious, decent room. Upon entering the room, he took out the coffin and placed it beside him, lit a cigarette, and addressed Miko in a choked voice, saying:
"Do you remember how we met, and our reaction when we were blessed with our first daughter and named her 'Sinn'? And four years later, we were blessed with a son we named 'Yotaro'? Do you remember how we got married?"
He then wept, but tears were the only thing that fell; he didn't scream or make a sound. The tears simply dropped like raindrops. He then invented a new magic to freeze time and applied it to his wife, then washed his face and slept.
(The Next Day)
Tai lit a cigarette at the break of dawn. Afterward, Tai received a telepathic call from Diablo. Tai answered, saying:
"What's new?"
Diablo replied:
"The King has decided to celebrate with all the nobles, claiming it's a celebration of the death of the man who was an obstacle to us—a despicable, wretched, vile person who boasted of his power because he came here as a hero."
Tai replied, suppressing his rage:
"Go there and say you are my servant, and that I have come from the Eastern Kingdom."
Diablo replied:
"Understood, but the party is tomorrow. What will you do?"
Tai responded:
"I have my plans to execute."
Tai disguised himself again in the guise of Yotaro and went down to question people throughout the Kingdom. He found a person and asked:
"Do you know Tai?"
The person replied:
"Yes."
Tai asked:
"He died, along with his wife and children."
The person rejoiced at their deaths. Tai was consumed by anger, his eyes intending murder, but he maintained his disguise. He asked everyone in the Kingdom—the poor, the rich, the adventurer, the merchant, the soldier—the same question, and their answer was uniform: "They were happy."
Tai returned to the inn and entered his room, seething with anger, suppressing his aura. He went to his wife's coffin and said:
"The people are happy about your deaths. What did we ever do to them?"
Draculina called him, saying:
"The King is making his moves. Tomorrow at five in the evening, we will go. I will be your wife, and Diablo will be the servant. What do you think?"
He replied:
"Agreed. We will rely on this plan. My goal is the annihilation of humanity, but let us sleep."
Tai went to the balcony and lit a cigarette to calm his raging heart, filled with anger and sadness. Draculina approached and said:
"Come on, let's sleep."
Assuming he had invited her to sleep with him, she changed the general mood and felt embarrassed, saying:
"I thought you wanted us to sleep together."
Tai neither refused nor paid attention to her and lay down on the bed. Then he said:
"If you don't want to sleep, leave."

Tai said:
"Today is the awaited day. Now is the time to reveal the truth and slay the falsehood and the wicked."
