Her latest project, codenamed "Erebus," aimed to create a being with unparalleled strength and durability to create the perfect super serum for the next stage of human evolution. The goal was to revolutionize the field of genetic engineering, " It's done, it's almost done the test-tube fetus is showing signs of life !! Hahahaha... It's alive it's aliveee !. "
Inside the lab Dr.Vex overjoyed by her breakthrough fails to notice the irregularities shown in the metabolic serum which should've served as a compound chemical to reverse-engineer the way the human body converts food into energy to support life into making it so that , instead of food the body would use other energy sources like Bio-Electricity, Solar powered systems to self-sustain the body as a homage to superman. As the Scientist is delving in her joy the test subject shows signs of gaining consciousness until * Booom*.
The experiment goes catastrophically wrong. A massive explosion rocked the lab, and a being emerged from the wreckage. It was a towering figure with piercing blue eyes and skin that seemed almost... metallic. The being's body was a marvel of twisted flesh and steel, a testament to Dr. Vex's unorthodox methods. As it stood, its indestructible skin glistening in the dim light, it felt an unbridled surge of power.
The being after waking up felt a gutwrenching hunger it's body almost by instinct leading it to the main powerlines in the laboratory. Dr.Vex who was buried in the rubble blood trickling down her face shows an eerie bloodied grin on her face .." Go Go my child !!! Feed !! ..."
The creature upon reaching the main powerline gives a powerful punch into the main circuit, As electricity runs through its body it gives a devastating roar absorbing the power and feeding on it. A few moments later after draining all it could, Yet his hunger wasnt satiated, so it moves further for more. As it broke free from the laboratory's ruins, the city above trembled. Cars screeched to a halt, and pedestrians ran for cover as the being rampaged through the streets.
Leon at this moment was gliding through the air on usual night patrols, until he sees a large section of the city's lights turn off followed by a deafening roar. Sensing something is off about it, He soars through the night sky .." Please no supervillain New Haven was so peaceful... Is it cuz of me ? I swear if its a supervillain I'm moving cities after this sorry folks ain't my problem .."
Leon's arrival was met with the cacophony of shattering glass and crumbling concrete. He leaped into action, his eyes locked onto the behemoth wreaking havoc downtown.
"F*CK I jinxed myself didn't i ? ..."
Leon strains his eyes as his gaze lands on the metallic creature " Metallo?, No that's way too big sigh no time to waste complaints later .."
The Creature is absorbing the currents from the electric posts on the street causing a massive power shortage in the city. Roaring in relish at the power he's gaining from it, until it hears a voice that sounds too excited for his own good measure .. " Hey Wannabe Silver-Hulk go back to marvel !!! .." * Booom*
Leon goes in for the creatures left leg using a kick causing the creature to take a knee while also causing Leon to get electrocuted with a thousand volts of current.
Muscles constricting in pain , Leon realises his stupidity in attacking a being that was absorbing electricity while it's feeding.
" Fucckkkk.... I didn't think I'd get shocked, didn't think that through at all " As he tries to get up from that humiliating attack which led to him kissing the floor.
With his trenchcoat smoking and his hands still fritzing from the shock Leon gets up and slaps his face to gain his composure as the creature looks like he has finally stopped absorbing. " Righhhhttt.... Electricity absorption just effing great.."
The creature notices Leon standing just a few feet away from it realising he's the one who landed the blow on him just now it unleashes another roar and charges towards him.
Leon starts jumping up and down shaking his body before getting into a boxing stance with a grin on his face " First supervillain and I get you ? Aren't I a lucky bastard "
Both beings charge ahead with their fists raised to land a blow, knuckles meeting knuckles Leon gets blasted again by the sheer power of the creature. Into a nearby building breaking the furniture of what looks to be an internet cafe. " Ofcourse the fucker has superstrength too, sigh what a day Leo what a day " Leon performs a flip to stand up before steadying himself just to see the creature staring right at him, to make Leon tense up before he realises where he is. " Right civilians are still here can't be too naive " with his gaze hardening Leon charges again towards the creature only to slide on the pavement through its legs under it before landing a crotch kick yet it does nothing, the creature pauses for a few seconds while Leon blinks
" Ummm... Sorry?, Hehe..?"
The creature turned, its gaze fixing on Leon. A twisted grin spread across its face as it charged. " Sigh ... This is gonna hurt .."
* Kraaaccckkkkkkkk* a devastating punch lands on Leon's face making him fly towards the sky this time. Flipping through the air after a few moments Leon steadys himself gaining control and floating over the city ignoring the blood flowing from his mouth and forehead Leon uses this time to strategize " I can't use my Kí attacks or else I'll blow the block up fug this dudes ignoring me no after every attack and just going to nearby powersources ..." With his expression hardening Leon starts flying towards the creature " Heyyy Fucker !!" The Creature turns it's head towards the sky to see a silver streak coming down before it can do anything, Leon strikes causing a sound similar to what one would get when somebody breaks the sound barrier, A punch on its massive chin forcing the creature to get its face twisted to the side and losing control of its body before it falls unconscious. *Krackk!!* As Leon falls down after the strike on the road after a sickening crack sound is heard, A broken right arm and shattered bones for victory isn't cheap but it's not steep.
Leon gets up holding his broken right arm before floating near the fallen creature before carrying the huge creature with his left hand to the sky, high enough a few hundred meters until he reached a place that seemed inhabited then dropped him.
But not before freefalling himself and placing his left hand on the creatures face as if forcing his head down till they almost hit the ground where he shoved the creatures head as hard as he can with his left hand and let's go. Letting the fall and gravity do its work so the head will take the strongest blow, after making sure it's still unconscious Leon starts to fly away holding his broken arm ..
" Call it insurance fuckers too damn strong so that should keep him sleeping abit more couldn't care less if it even died..."
Afterwards Leon tells Jarvis to tell the authorities telling them where he dropped the creature staying anonymous.
While flying Leon has a massive grin on his face and starts to chuckle which leads to a exhilarated laughter ..." Hahahhaha hahhahahhahaha I won my first supervillain fight ..!!! Hahhaha take that fuckersss !
Ow-owww-oucch.. ouch.. ouch... Ah my arm, Raven's gonna get mad at me this time sigh .." , Even after thinking about the impending lecture he's about to receive the grin stays on Leon's face as he goes home.
For today Leon can finally feel the joy of winning against a truly strong enemy, but as to what changes that would lead to only the future will tell....
