As Kael used the Insight Vision, most of the details of his body unfolded before his eyes like a hidden map being revealed.
When he increased his focus, three faintly glowing orbs appeared in his vision.
Wait—there are three orbs inside my body?
Seeing this, Kael tried to feel the orbs with his tiny hands, but he couldn't touch or sense anything, no matter how hard he tried.
After several attempts, he accepted that they weren't physical—they pulsed faintly, as if made of energy rather than flesh.
Seeing that he couldn't understand what they were with his current knowledge, he shifted his focus elsewhere. He was almost finished observing his entire body when a bluish panel suddenly appeared before him.
[Age: ?]
[Traits: ?, Insight Vision (0.1%), Potential]
[Str: 0.1]
[Vit: 0.1]
[Agi: 0.1]
[Dur: 0.1]
[Skills]: None
[Extras]: Knowledge about Physics, Medical knowledge, Knowledge about Diseases, Knowledge about Math, Knowledge about Chemistry, Knowledge about Biology, Knowledge about Velharan (Empire Version) Language, Understanding of Energy...
Wait, there's too much unnecessary stuff here. If every time I take a look at this it is like that then if I need to look for something it'll be troublesome to find it. And why the hell is my age a question mark?
He sighed inwardly. I have a lot of questions, but first things first—let's make this more effective.
If this display was connected to his Insight Vision, then perhaps he could change it. He focused intently.
Let's see. What I need most now is to understand where I am, what kind of world this is, and what those orbs are. Extras should only show recent progress and the things I can improve on…
As he thought that, another panel appeared before his eyes:
[You are getting closer to mastering Insight Vision]
Oh yeah, right. I forgot—this notification shouldn't pop up right in my face every time.
He frowned. Hmm, but it might help sometimes. Let's keep it visible only when necessary—otherwise, just play a sound.
This time, he didn't receive a message about mastering Insight Vision. Maybe there's something specific I need to do to reach mastery, he thought.
After a few moments of adjustment, he finished setting up what he thought was the "most effective" version of his panel.
[Age]: ?
[Traits]: ?, Insight Vision (0.2%), Potentia...
Oh, right. I forgot about age... Let's say I was born not long ago. The maid said "awaken," so probably a few hours have passed since I was born. Let's say… three hours old.
He opened the panel again.

What? My age didnt changed... but I was sure I did it correctly.
Let's say that my method was wrong but what about the other things that I were able to change?
Maybe its related to being correct or not because the things that I have changed was only what to show and what not to show thats probably why it didnt have an effect like that at that time.
Hmm… and What about those traits? One's a question mark, and one says "Potential." What does that mean?
As he pondered it, new text formed before his eyes:
"You have a probability for doing nearly everything."
Nearly everything, huh? But how much probability—and what does it depend on? And what about that question mark…?
Before he could investigate further, four maids entered the room. The head maid led the way, followed by the other three.
"Young Lord @>%& has awakened. I'm glad that he @$%& alright. Now that he's awake, let's get @/[&% to his mother."
[Knowledge about Velharan (Empire Version) Language has increased]
As he listened to the head maid speaking, Kael could feel his understanding of the language growing steadily.
By the time he and the maids arrived before his mother's room, he had nearly learned all of the basics of the language.
While the maids chatted softly, Kael noticed something unusual—each of them had orbs similar to his own, glowing faintly at their navel, chest, and between their brows.
However, theirs were much larger, and the one near their chest was the most distinct, shining in colors of blue, green, or red.
When Kael saw the red orb on the head maid, a strange, inexplicable shiver passed through his tiny body—a feeling that stirred deep inside his chest.
But before he could make sense of it, the sensation faded, leaving him confused.
The maids brushed off their clothes, straightened their attire, and made sure everything looked proper before the head maid gently knocked on the door.
A soft yet commanding voice came from inside:
"Come in."
The head maid opened the door and bowed deeply.
"My lady, your son awakened a little while ago. I've brought him here."
At the sound of her voice, the mother's weary eyes softened, a tender warmth flickering within them like the first light of dawn.
"Thank you. Come in."
The head maid gave a subtle hand gesture, and one of the maids stepped forward, carefully carrying Kael.
When Kael saw his mother for the first time, he froze. She was breathtakingly beautiful—so much that it almost didn't feel real.
Her golden hair sparkled like silk, and her blue eyes were as deep and calm as the ocean.
For a fleeting moment, he felt joy rising within him. If my mother is this beautiful, then maybe I'll be handsome too, he thought with a hint of childish pride.
But then, like a ghost, memories of his previous life's mother resurfaced—memories he didn't even realize he had buried deep within.
The warmth, the betrayal, the quiet moments before she left him and his sister behind. A cold fear gripped him.
Yet when he looked back at his new mother, all he saw was gentleness. She held him like something fragile—as if he might shatter under the weight of her love.
The duchess whispered softly:
"Your skin is like sunlight trapped in silk."
She closed her eyes and murmured, "I will keep that warmth safe, Kael… even when the world turns cold."
Her tone trembled slightly.
"That is my first promise to you."
Those words pierced through him. Something within Kael—something that had long been broken—stirred and began to mend.
The parts of his heart that had been lost to pain and abandonment slowly started to heal, piece by piece.
And while his heart was healing at the same time unbeknownst to him, a mysterious power within his soul was actively changing him, his memories were changing slowly and he wasnt aware of this.
