Emma's POV
"Why would you do that?" I asked in panic.
"Relax, he didn't hear it. I already muted it before I called Allison."
Only then did we sigh in relief. Allison chuckled, "I almost fainted!"
Elijah looked at Allison with a serious expression. "Are you really pregnant, Allison?" he whispered.
"Of course…" Norah said. "You will know from her face!"
"Then I'll suggest you stay away from Ethan."
"Exactly!" Thomas said as he joined us. I looked at them in confusion. "Why? After all my plans and effort to set the two of them up?"
Elijah looked at me. "You may not understand now, but you will later. Ethan has many enemies, especially one named Henry. He's Ethan's cousin from the mother's side and he wants the throne."
"What the fuck?" I frowned in annoyance. He's from the mother's side, the throne won't even reach his generation!
