I looked at Ethan nervously and bowed my head. "Ahh… excuse me, Your Majesty." I quickly covered the speaker and ran away. I rushed into a nearby corridor and gasped. "What's going on?"
"You… my gosh, Allison!! Do you know who I was with when you were talking?"
She went silent for a few seconds. "Who?"
"Ethan, of course!! You even asked how he's doing while he's right there!"
"Re… really?" she asked nervously.
I rolled my eyes. "Why are you nervous when you're not even here? Well… he seems fine and… different." I sighed. I wish I knew what's going on in that man's head! Or at least his expression right now!
"Okay…" she whispered.
"Don't worry, Allison. I'll tell Thomas…"
"No! We can't be together again, Emma." She hung up.
I chuckled. "It'll be possible if he doesn't smell you anywhere near him," I laughed and walked back. I saw Thomas and General Michael talking.
"Where is His Highness?" I asked Thomas, looking around.
"Gone," he chuckled.
