Chapter 157 - Chapter 92: Forbidden Forest! Dangerous Attack! (Part 4)

If it were the hunting of Fantastic Beasts, they probably wouldn't take all the prey back to the nest; some remains would be left behind. Only intelligent creatures in tribal formations might take away the entire prey.

"They are an unreasonable race, savage and brutal. Rabi and the other Little Elves dislike them." The House-Elf Rabi showed a hint of disdain and some timidity towards the Centaur herd.

And a trace of pride, "The food Centaurs eat is all half-cooked stuff, unlike us Little Elves who can enjoy civilized cooked food like Wizards."

This seemed to put the House-Elf Rabi in a position of feeling superior, not knowing what kind of comprehensive mental transformation those Wizards made to these defeated beings back in the day.

Perhaps the historical summary of the failed enslavement of Black people also played a significant role.

"I'm just a bit interested in their prophetic ability." Ian was not a rash Wizard; he knew that his current ability probably couldn't allow him to approach such dangerous tribes in the Forbidden Forest.

"Hogwarts has very talented Witch prophets as well. Rabi often delivers meals to them. If Mr. Prince wishes, Rabi would be glad to help Mr. Prince contact them."

Does that mean the prophecy teacher? More than one?

"Let's talk about it later."

Ian's study schedule was already fully packed, and it wasn't wise to take on a new subject unexpectedly. He knew that limited time should be spent on the most practical learning.

Though prophecy is mysterious and powerful, the prophecy class teacher at Hogwarts...ugh, Ian only vaguely remembered her as a mysterious woman who loved scaring students?

"Alright! Rabi is always ready to serve Mr. Prince!" The House-Elf Rabi remained alert to his surroundings; at times, a thin layer of mist would appear in the Forbidden Forest at night.

The mist looked particularly hazy under the moonlight, reducing visibility in the Forbidden Forest by another level—perhaps tonight's bad weather also played a part.

"It seems there's some commotion over there?"

Ian also took out his Magic Wand, keeping a watchful eye on his surroundings. He heard a faint rustling sound mixed with the sharp cries of a Fantastic Beast.

"Damn it! Get lost!"

There was also a familiar voice to Ian.

He was taken aback.

While the House-Elf Rabi was still cautiously poking its head around, Ian immediately rushed towards the direction of the sound. As he expected, he saw the friend he had met just earlier that day.

Aurora Grindelwald.

The petite German girl was currently tussling with a green creature, her wand knocked to one side. The creature, with a form resembling both a reptile and a gigantic butterfly, was the Fantastic Beast making the sharp cries.

Curled Wing Demon!

"Boom!"

Just as Ian raised his Magic Wand, preparing to assist Aurora, who for some reason was out in the Forbidden Forest in the middle of the night, seemingly about to be taken down single-handedly by the fierce Curled Wing Demon.

The accompanying House-Elf Rabi acted first, releasing a powerful Spell between his fingers without any incantation, blasting that Curled Wing Demon away.

"Rabi saved a Little Wizard!"

The House-Elf Rabi looked both nervous and thrilled.

He raised his finger and continued waving, as if ready to press the advantage and cast another spell on the Curled Wing Demon, which had regained its senses and was diving towards them for an attack.

However.

Ian had already released his Spell, a jagged spell shining with white light, a Compound Magic he had developed based on the Sectumsempra Spell.

It lost its stealthiness.

Its power was only that of Sectumsempra's power... quite lackluster, but Ian thought it looked really cool.

"Woohoo~"

The diving Curled Wing Demon sensed danger, wanting to dodge the spell that instinctively felt threatening, but behind it, the German girl had already picked up her wand, cutting off its escape route.

Blue fire.

White light.

The already battered Curled Wing Demon was directly turned into an Oreo in the pincer attack from both sides—even without any cries of anguish, its shattered body was reduced to ashes by the blue flames.

"Whew whew~"

Aurora lowered her wand, panting heavily on the ground.

"Oh my! Mr. Prince and the rule-breaking Little Wizard! They actually teamed up to kill a Curled Wing Demon! They're even more amazing than many Great Wizards Rabi knows!"

The House-Elf Rabi put away the glow on his hand, full of astonishment.

"This is called the Dismembering Nimbus, isn't it cool?" Ian hadn't managed to chant the spell earlier, so he now provided the magic's introduction, and the House-Elf Rabi nodded like a pecking chicken. He was truly better at providing emotional value for others than the happy hosts who ate Yellow Chef's braised pork trotter.

"I actually also know the Ultra Guillotine, the Zapelli Green Light..." Ian walked towards the spot where Aurora was lying, only then noticing the German girl's hand already scratched by the Curled Wing Demon's spiked wings, speckled with blood merging into the damp soil.

"Looks like I should take you to the infirmary." Ian rummaged inside his robe, pulling out a bunch of White Musk that had "accidentally" fallen into his pocket during Magic Potion Class.

He looked around for a suitable stone to transform into a grind tool.
