Suddenly, Edward felt a sharp pain pierce through his head — like someone was drilling straight into his brain.


He clutched his head, wincing in agony for several minutes. Then, amid the pain, flashes of new memories began to surface — scenes from a childhood he didn't remember having.


A gentle, warm voice echoed in his mind — his mother's voice. Just hearing it filled him with peace, like all the pain in the world couldn't reach him anymore.His father's tired face appeared next — weary, yet smiling, always trying to hide his exhaustion behind that comforting grin.Then came his sister — loud, teasing, always shouting "Brother this! Brother that!" like a little hen chasing after him.

Tears began streaming down his face. Not from pain — but from realization.
