Chapter 6 - Chapter 6

At the farthest end of Fuyuan Academy, separated by tall hedges and private security, lay the exclusive villas of the ROYAL 6. Each villa was a world of its own—luxury dripping from every corner, guarded like treasures of the nation. While ordinary students rushed between classes, the heirs of City F's most powerful conglomerates enjoyed a life reserved for kings.

‎Inside Villa Three's expansive living room, the six sat scattered about in leisure.

‎Li Zixuan lounged lazily on a leather sofa, tapping away at his game console. Beside him, Fang Yiren reclined with his eyes closed, resting as if he had not a care in the world. Across the room, Zhao Mingyu had a thick novel in hand, flipping through the pages with slow precision.

‎On the other side, Gu Yingying and Xu Jinghan sat cross-legged in silk robes, their faces covered with high-end facial masks as attendants silently massaged their shoulders. Meanwhile, Mo Lingxue sprawled comfortably on a velvet chaise lounge, browsing the latest luxury catalogs on her tablet.

‎"Yingying, look at this," Mo Lingxue said, turning the screen toward her friend. "This new handbag just launched in Milan—3.5 million yuan. I'm thinking of ordering it tonight."

‎Gu Yingying's lips curved beneath her mask. "Not bad. It'll match your diamond heels. Buy it."

‎The conversation was light, casual—each word dripping with the arrogance of those who knew the world revolved around them.

‎Until Li Zixuan's phone rang.

‎He glanced at the screen, frowning. The call was short—barely a minute—but when it ended, he sat frozen, the game controller slipping from his hands.

‎The others noticed immediately.

‎"What's wrong?" Xu Jinghan asked, sitting up straighter.

‎Li Zixuan's throat bobbed as he struggled to keep his composure. "I just got news… someone in Fuyuan Academy is holding a black premium card."

‎The room fell silent.

‎Gu Yingying ripped the mask off her face in shock. "What did you just say?"

‎"You heard me." Li Zixuan's tone was grave. "A black card. Verified. Less than five hundred exist in the entire world—and one of them is in this school."

‎Even Fang Yiren opened his eyes now, his usual calm expression turning serious. Mo Lingxue set her tablet down with trembling hands.

‎"That's impossible," Zhao Mingyu muttered, closing his book slowly. "Not even our families have it."

‎The realization struck them all at once. Whoever this mysterious student was… their background wasn't just powerful. It was unfathomable.

‎As their villa descended into tense discussion, the rest of the school was about to witness a storm.

‎Su Ning leaned back on the cafeteria chair, her porcelain skin glowing faintly under the morning light filtering through the tall glass windows. The cafeteria was usually buzzing with chatter, laughter, and the subtle noise of cutlery clinking—but today, silence reigned. Every gaze lingered on her.

‎Her tray was filled with exquisite dishes, meals that were far too expensive for an ordinary scholarship student to afford. Yet she ate with elegance, savoring each bite like she belonged here more than anyone else.

‎Then, the heavy click of heels echoed across the tiled floor.

‎Shen Luoluo, flanked by Lu Shasha and Tu Ling'er, entered. Their faces were pale, lips trembling. They walked as if each step was a punishment, their bodies stiff with fear. Every student turned, their hushed whispers spreading like wildfire:

‎"That's Shen Luoluo, isn't it? Why does she look like she's walking to her execution?"

‎"They're going to Su Ning's table…"

‎"No way… are they actually—?"

‎And then, the unthinkable happened.

‎All three girls dropped to their knees before Su Ning.

‎Gasps exploded across the cafeteria. Forks clattered to plates, chairs scraped as people stood in disbelief. Shen Luoluo's prideful head was bowed low, her trembling voice breaking the silence.

‎"Su Ning… we—we were wrong. Please forgive us. We shouldn't have bullied you."

‎Her two lackeys quickly followed, stammering apologies. Their words tumbled over one another, desperate, frightened, ashamed.

‎But Su Ning?

‎She didn't even glance at them. She calmly cut another piece of steak and brought it to her lips, chewing slowly. Her composure made the humiliation sting even worse.

‎Minutes stretched. The girls remained kneeling on the cold cafeteria floor, while Su Ning continued eating as though nothing extraordinary was happening.

‎Finally, she dabbed the corner of her lips with the silk napkin, placed her fork down, and lifted her head.

‎The cafeteria was holding its breath.

‎Her eyes, dark and sharp like polished obsidian, finally fell on the trembling trio. She tilted her head slightly, her lips curving into the faintest smirk.

‎Without a word, she rose gracefully, straightened her uniform, and walked past them.

‎The sound of her heels clicking against the floor was deafening in the silence. Students parted like waves before her, their eyes wide with awe and fear.

‎Only when she reached the door did she pause. Her voice was cool, almost lazy, but it carried like a blade through the room:

‎"Remember this—what you've experienced today is only a fraction of what you owe me. Next time, it won't be just kneeling."

‎And then she was gone.

‎The cafeteria erupted into chaos.

‎"Unbelievable! Shen Luoluo actually kneeled!"

‎"She's been untouchable for years! Who exactly is Su Ning?"

‎"Did you see her aura? It's like she's a different person…"

‎"What is happening?"

‎"Isn't she poor?, what did she do to make Shen Luoluo and them knee to her?"

‎"I don't know, how would I know?"

‎Meanwhile, Shen Luoluo's expression twisted with fury as she stood. Her pride was shattered, her hands clenched so tight her nails drew blood from her palms.

‎She bit down on her lip, hatred burning in her eyes as she glared in the direction Su Ning had left.

‎"You think you've won, Su Ning? Just wait. I'll make you regret humiliating me. Even if I have to risk everything."

‎She wondered what Su Ning told the principal to make him threaten to expel them. She planned to make Su Ning's life miserable later.
