Their entire arms are covered in hot red electricity, and their fingers have sharp edges. Their legs have red electricity boots. The constructs around their face, arms, and legs don't harm the user and act as protection. The user can generate and manipulate electrical phenomena from the constructs on their body.
When the user unleashes an attack while Divine Ogre Requiem is active, all their attacks will automatically hit the target and never miss. This is because they release a large electrical field from their body with negative charges, and all their attacks have positive charges, making them home in on the target like a magnet to iron. Powerful illusions can also deny the ability's activation. To counter it, they need strong will and concentration to neutralize it. Ultrapotence's secondary absolute weakness is its inability to change the user's physical existence, which is their humanity. While Ultrapotence can enhance and override any problem the user has by dragging the future and overriding the present scenario, it cannot physically change them, like mutating their DNA for extra abilities or altering their form. Still, these limitations don't detract from Ultrapotence's limitless potential, as it can make anything happen, including the user's wildest imaginations.
