Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Summoning blue-eyes myself! and a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament!?

---

The Dragon's Roar Shakes Liyue.

The onlookers of Liyue stared wide-eyed at the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, their mouths hanging open, unable to close.

It was as if they were witnessing the most unbelievable thing ever to appear in all of Teyvat.

Seeing the Blue-Eyes White Dragon in person was an entirely different experience from just watching it on the screen moments ago.

A little boy in the crowd was so terrified that he burst into tears and peed himself.

This of was clearly too much for childrens.

Even Hongyi, a seasoned Millelith soldier, instinctively took several steps backward.

His body trembled slightly, his expression frozen in shock.

He stood rooted to the spot, eyes locked on the dragon, completely captivated by its beauty and power.

The dragon's scales shimmered brilliantly each one gleaming like a polished gem.

Its majestic form and overwhelming aura were enough to make even those who usually ran from hilichurls feel something entirely new awe.

At that moment, it was as if time itself had stopped.

No one remembered to breathe.

No one cared about anything else.

In their hearts, there was only the dragon its radiant beauty and boundless might.

"This… this is a Duel Monster!" someone shouted.

"It's unbelievable!"

"With a monster like that, I could take on hilichurls and slimes without fear!"

"Quick, someone report this to the Feiyun Commerce Guild!"

"We'll buy your whole entire stock!"

"No get Ningguang-sama! She needs to see this herself!"

"And I'll tell the Fatui! Even Snezhnaya doesn't have tech like this we must report to the Tsaritsa!"

Within moments, all the big names in Liyue had taken notice.

Just a while ago, these same people had mocked Lu You's cards for being overpriced.

Four thousand Mora per card? Outrageous!

Now they thought-

Worth it!

Absolutely worth it!.

it was too cheap!

A card that could summon a real monster for only 4,000 Mora?

That was less than the cost of three servings of Central Plains Chops from Wanmin Restaurant!

Instead you could get a monster cards!

What kind of dumb idiot wouldn't buy that?!

Hu Tao and the rest of the crowd were still in shock, but Zhongli was the first to regain his composure.

"Shopkeeper," Zhongli began calmly, his amber eyes glimmering with rare excitement.

"This Blue-Eyes White Dragon… Would you be willing to sell it to me?"

"As for the price, you can name it."

Zhongli himself couldn't quite explain why, but he felt a deep, natural affinity to the blue-eyes white dragon.

He wanted it truly wanted it.

For someone as composed and refined as Zhongli, such a desire was rare.

In all of Liyue's long history, he had always been the model of restraint.

He handled rituals, contracts, etiquette, and traditions with unwavering grace.

And yet, this same refined gentleman the one who could forget to bring Mora to every meal

was now earnestly offering to buy something.

But, as always…

He didn't have a single coin on him.

Ah, Zhongli.

The man who could dine finely, dress elegantly, and charm everyone

but still expected someone else to pay the bill.

Still, this time was different.

For the first time in a thousand years, Zhongli truly wanted something.

This Blue-Eyes White Dragon…

He felt it belonged to him.

But when Lu You heard Zhongli's offer, he simply smiled and shook his head.

Faced with Zhongli's request to buy the Blue- Eyes White Dragon, Lu you shook his head with a smile:

"I'm sorry," he said gently.

"This Blue-Eyes White Dragon is not for sale."

"And it cannot be pulled from card packs. This Blue-Eyes White Dragon is the shop's sacred treasure!"

Zhongli sighed softly, lowering his gaze.

"So… I have no contract with this card, then."

As the God of Contracts, Zhongli would never forcefully take what was not his. Though he longed for the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, if it was declared not for sale-he would respect that.

If the shopkeeper said it wasn't for sale, then it wasn't.

No matter how much he wanted it, Zhongli had no choice but to accept it.

A few seconds later, Hu Tao and the others finally recovered from their shock.

"What!?" Hu Tao cried.

"Not for sale and it can't be drawn from packs?"

"Of course it makes sense that such a strong card wouldn't be ordinary!"

She clutched her hat dramatically.

"Ahh! But the Hall Master wants it so badly!!"

"If I had that dragon in the Hall of the Dead, no evil spirit would dare come near! Just imagine the cleansing power!"

Hu Tao leaned forward eagerly.

"Shopkeeper! Please sell it to me! The Hall Master isn't short on money just name your price!"

Lu You chuckled softly, putting the Blue-Eyes White Dragon card away and clearing his throat.

He looked around at the crowd gathered beneath the dueling stage.

"Everyone!" Lu you announced.

Though this Blue-Eyes White Dragon is not for sale.

His eyes glinted mischievously.

"you will have a chance to win it!"

The crowd murmured in confusion.

Lu You spread his arms with a confident smile.

"One month from now, this shop will host a Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Tournament. And the champion's prize will be three Blue-Eyes White Dragons-"

"…and a cash prize of 80 million Mora!"

Gasps filled the air.
