"Master Warden, the prison situation is very serious right now. Master Director needs your help!"
Deep in the Infinite Hell of Level 6 in Impel Down, a team of prison guards prepared to free the Impel Down Warden, Rain Shiryu.
The captain of the guard handed a Den Den Mushi to Shiryu.
"Shiryu, there's a massive riot in the prison. A man named Victor, and the Straw Hat crew have teamed up to release many criminals. And it gets worse—the Blackbeard Pirates, one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, have invaded Impel Down. I need your help!"
Magellan's slightly panicked voice came through the Den Den Mushi.
"Hmm? The Blackbeard Pirates…?"
Shiryu, wearing his uniform and holding a cigar, glanced thoughtfully at the Den Den Mushi.
"Since you're so panicked, it seems like this is serious, Magellan."
"Shiryu, the situation is tense. Impel Down's reputation is at stake. I need you to deal with that man, Victor, and the Blackbeard Pirates!"
Magellan couldn't understand how Victor had survived being swallowed by a poisonous dragon. His body had been covered in venom, yet his movements were unaffected. Unprecedented!
But now was not the time for research. Victor had caused too much trouble—he must be executed quickly.
"Murder? That's my specialty. So, Magellan, after this… I won't have to return to that disgusting cell, right?"
"You've committed a capital crime. This time I've reduced your sentence. If you do it again, I will never forgive you!"
Magellan's righteous voice came through the Den Den Mushi.
"Understood," Shiryu answered calmly. A cold light flashed in his eyes that no one noticed.
After hanging up, the prison guard presented a long sward.
"sward? It's been so long!"
Shiryu took the blade he hadn't seen in ages and wiped it gently.
The surrounding guards breathed a sigh of relief. With Director Magellan and Warden Shiryu present, this crisis would surely be resolved.
Unfortunately, with a flash of cold light and a single shout—"Kill without mercy!"—the guards were instantly slain by Shiryu.
"Hmm… such a pleasant feeling, Victor… Blackbeard Pirates…"
Impel Down, Fourth Floor
After reuniting with Luffy and his crew, Jinbe stopped a frantic Luffy, who was upset at failing to rescue Ace.
Jinbe explained that the only remaining way to rescue Ace was to go to Marineford, the Navy Headquarters.
Together, they repelled the pursuers and retreated from the sixth floor to the fourth floor.
During the retreat, Jinbe kept an eye on the rear. Victor had not returned yet, which worried him.
"Mr. Victor hasn't returned yet… but he's truly a man. Luffy-kun didn't expect you could have such a loyal friend!"
Jinbe's tone was a mix of worry and admiration. Victor risked himself alone to save Ace—a moving act of loyalty.
"Yeah! Hehe! Victor is a great person! Always helping me. After we rescue Ace, I'll definitely thank him!"
Luffy nodded, smiling. Perhaps Victor didn't realize how much Luffy approved of his actions.
"I've never heard of such a man. Incredible. Luffy-kun, what is Victor's identity?"
"His identity? I don't know. Seems he's married to Pirate Empress Hancock!"
Luffy shrugged, showing he didn't know much and didn't care.
"Hancock? The Pirate Empress's husband? Incredible!"
Jinbe's pupils narrowed. This news was serious enough to cause an uproar. Boa Hancock, the most beautiful woman in the world, had married a man unknown in the ocean.
But Jinbe thought Victor was worthy. He deserved it.
"Victor? That brat is too reckless. If he runs into Magellan… he'll die!"
Crocodile walked over, cigar in mouth, showing a rare look of regret.
"Impossible! Victor is strong! He'll return and help us defeat Marineford!"
Luffy, stung by Crocodile's words, retorted loudly, fists clenched. He believed in Victor—a man as relentless as himself—but Magellan was formidable. He worried about Victor facing danger alone.
"If it weren't for Magellan, maybe he'd still have a chance…"
Crocodile narrowed his eyes. Victor was physically strong, but Magellan's poison posed a grave threat.
"Hey, Crocodile, don't talk badly about people behind their backs. I rescued you, didn't I? How could I die before you?"
At that moment, a figure fell from the sky, landing steadily next to Luffy and the others.
It was Victor, who had used Moon Step and Shave to fly quickly to them.
"Hehe! Victor, I knew you'd come back!"
Luffy's face lit up. Knowing Victor was safe relieved his guilt.
"Great, kid! You actually survived Magellan's poison!"
"Mr. Victor, well done!"
Crocodile and Jinbe nodded to Victor. He had given them countless surprises.
"It's a pity we couldn't rescue Ace, but there's still a chance. Let's go to Marineford!"
Victor's excitement grew. Marineford! The Empress's Wife! The Thunder Fruit!
"Hehe! Is this Victor Boy? He's so cute!"
Suddenly, a sharp voice rang out. A huge face appeared before Victor.
"What the hell is this?!?!"
Victor, usually composed, couldn't help but shout. This figure was bizarre: a massive face, dark purple explosive hair, light blue eyeshadow, purple lipstick, sharp neutral voice, enormous figure, and indescribable clothing.
"Oh shit," Victor muttered. He guessed the identity but seeing it in person was shocking.
"Whee!"
Luffy smiled foolishly. He too was shocked at the sight of Shemale Queen Ivankov for the first time.
"Victor Boy, don't be afraid. I'm not a ghost. I'm the most powerful transvestite king in history, Ivankov! You can call me Sister Ivan. We're companions! Let's go to Marineford and have a big fight together! Hee ha!"
Ivankov shook her huge face, introducing herself. She had heard of Victor's deeds and liked him.
Though Victor shuddered, he still greeted her politely. He really wanted to see Hancock, but duty came first.
"Queen Ivan, Hannibal, the deputy director of Impel Down, and his men are blocking our way!"
