They called it an early night, then at midnight Andrei received a message stating "Goliath Online."

Andrei was looking at Mini and was not sure if he could take her with but also he did not know what to expect so he got up and put his uniform back on. As soon as he finished he checked and saw that he now had two portal home options and neither of them had cooldowns. He kissed her forehead and ported to Goliath.
"Welcome Andrei, it is your first appearance so you were not delivered in your quarters. Please allow me to give you a tour" A disembodied female voice identical to the one in his head played and he was pretty positive it was through his ears he heard the voice.
The floor lit up in a direction in a wave signalling Andrei to follow. "To the left are rooms designated for training. To the right is the infirmary, please proceed forward." The voice was commanding Andrei as if she was impatient with his actions. He was closely looking at everything with "Identify" in all directions.
The wall opened up and an elevator that he had only seen in music videos where the lavish was the norm, Andrei hesitated but eventually stepped in. "This elevator has an emergency shaft that runs along the right from where you entered. It leads to the five decks of Goliath, you are currently on the 5th deck.
Deck1 has the Commanders quarters which includes multiple bed rooms, physical training equipment, and lastly your own Focaine bath.
Deck 2 is your squads quarters, assign permanent staff and if needed guest quarters or even prison cells can be adjusted based on current needs.
Deck 3 is the hangar, currently 1,000 personal mechs, 1 Mech Assembler, then 25 VR pods.
Deck 4 is the cargo hold and cafeteria. Forging room and the Engine room.
Deck 5 you just saw with 10 training rooms and an infirmary that can handle ⅓ of the designated max capacity of 5,000 people"
The door opened and Andrei walked through to appear in the Commanders quarters. Not far in front of him was a Galaxy Map that was identical to his interface with all the same color icons.
"This Galaxy map allows you to control the location of Goliath as well as give you all the information about Goliath's structures and facilities that are created throughout the Galaxy. Currently there are five dormant structures that need to be reactivated." Upon saying this the Galaxy Map in front of him had five neon green G Icons appear in very different locations.
Andrei pulled out his own Galaxy map and they were identical. Are these two connected, he pondered. He zoomed in on a planet in his head and the map on console did the same. Well that answers that question.
Andrei closed the map and noticed a new tab had appeared "Goliath". Opening this up he was greeted by loads of information about all that was on the ship. Supplies, storage capacity, he could assign personnel to different positions. He came across the Mech units and saw there was a Commanding Officer so he jokingly thought Mini McGuiness and it filled in automatically.
His communication device started ringing and he saw it was a call from Mini. "OH MY GOD IT'S ONLINE LET ME SEE IT PLEASE!" Mini shouted into the phone before Andrei could even get a hello out. She had received a communication informing her she had been assigned to the Goliath Mech Commanding Officer position and asked her if she would accept.
In the invitation there were instructions on how to take a portal to the ship. The protocols in place allowed for an individual to give a code word to the portal guards that would then clear the room and allow the individual to input the coordinates and leave without question. She had finally read the entire email and realized she could go whenever she wanted to but they had training starting in 5 hours.
"I will be back in a few minutes, just finishing up my tour" Andrei assured her. Mini started doing a dance on the bed unable to contain her excitement. She had a new resolve going into SPRU training, which before had her very worried.
Andrei continued in his new room and saw there was an "Interact" option next to a large container that looked to have a lid on it. Andrei's hand hovered and as all previous times learned something new.

["Focaine Kit" allows for the emergency dispense of Focaine to the body restoring half HP per use. Has a 1 hour cooldown]
Andrei did a little dance as he now had a small life line given to him. He hasn't been badly injured yet so he hadn't even experienced Focaine yet. He also opened the lid and noticed it was full of Focaine as if it was a bath. He then realized this was the tank that he would port into if injured.
He went over to what appeared to be mannequins and when he touched one his interface popped up "Do you want to save the current load out to be displayed?" He figured why not and suddenly his entire gear appeared on the mannequin in front of him.
He walked over to the second one when he touched it "Do you want to unlock further loadouts to save?" He selected Yes with his mind but nothing happened. He looked at his interface where the outfits were and now he had blank slate but was option 2 and the option 1 tab he selected and it displayed everything on the mannequin. He selected to wear it and it disappeared from the mannequin and was on him.
He thought about it and went onto the GTN and grabbed the cheapest standard chest piece and upon purchasing it was placed in his inventory. He then within his mind placed the chest piece on the option 2 loadout and the chest piece appeared in front of him on the mannequin.
Andrei sold the chest piece relishing the idea he can now make different builds of gear and instantly switch between them. He had seen so many options of gear that he felt like he needed to have different sets. That dilemma is now solved, he thought to himself.
He then walked room to room and noticed that at the end of the hall everything looked to be bigger. He entered the room and the bed was larger, the mirror was larger, there was a gigantic hot tub. He figured this had to be the main bedroom.
He sat down on the bed for just a moment and his interface reacted startling him for a second as he was caught off guard.
"No video this time but figured I would let the gift do the talking. Before you go to bed you need to pull the box out from under this bed and open it. I figured if I knew you at all, this would be the best gift you might ever receive." Sam's voice was playing in Andrei's head, it automatically triggered when he sat on the bed.
Andrei didn't let a moment waste as he rolled off the bed as quickly as he could. His hands shot under the bed but he couldn't feel it. He then brought his head down and noticed it was on the other side under the bed. He ran around the bed as quick as his legs could take him, he was like a kid in a candy store with no parents around.
The box opened with ease and Andrei's eyes started weeping. His "Identify" had been activated as he opened the box.

Sam did it again, not sure how he did but Andrei was just flabbergasted. He now had both arm guards covered with a shield and slingshot. He could pull out his longsword and have infinite elements. He has three pets that he was hoping to have five very soon. He had a base of operations and he didn't even know what exactly he needed to operate.

He had covered everything in the Commanders Quarters so he thought "Portal Home" and was greeted by Mini still dancing on the bed. "I know you're excited to see me but damn!" Andrei playfully commented to the little female jumping on his bed.
"How is it? Wait, don't tell me I want to see it for myself. When can we go? I want to see it! I am so EXCITED!" Mini couldn't contain her excitement because this was the project that she had been trying to figure out from her oldest brother. She never would have imagined that she would be the first to be assigned to Goliath.

"Sir, One Man Army has not returned from his mission. Do we go with plan B?" A young man dressed in combat gear with a patch on the shoulder in the shape of three pyramids with a sun above them. The older man standing at the window peering out at the skyline of the city.
"This time let's take a different approach, if we are to get our hands on Goliath we might need him." The older man casually stated without changing his stance at the window.
"What if we can't convince him?" The younger man inquired of the older man.
"Then we must eliminate him at all costs." The older man stated and then dismissed the young man.
