Luis's words hung in the air for a moment, dancing amidst the tension and irony. Rian watched him, eyebrows slightly furrowed, waiting for the rest of the sentence that seemed unfinished.
Then Luis let out a short sigh, looking straight at Rian, this time with a sincere and slightly resigned smile.
"Amigo… You know me, right? I'm the type who can't resist helping people."
"So… yeah…" Luis immediately extended his hand. "Director Andromeda, I accept your offer."
Rian returned the handshake with a wide smile, gripping his hand firmly and locking eyes.
"Glad to be working with you, Luis Sera. Hope you enjoy this little hell full of progress."
Ting!
[Alice will prepare Luis's workspace and redesign the lab systems to be resilient enough against… ehm, human accidents.]
Luis looked up. "Yeah. I think I'll fit right in."
The final days of Rian's time in this world passed in the blink of an eye.
Within that short span, quite a lot happened—training sessions, regular skincare rituals, and more.
Rian also began bringing Ashley along to the Andromeda Mansion, even to Lab Eden.
Ashley's reaction? Naturally, she was utterly astonished.
How could she not be? The place resembled more a secret headquarters of a global organization than a private facility owned by a single person.
Meanwhile, Luis and Alice grew increasingly familiar with each other… though "familiar" here was a relative term.
Given Alice's signature algorithm—like a sharp-tongued little girl—it was only natural that she enjoyed teasing Luis with various small pranks, testing the limits of his patience.
Yet somehow, this is exactly what made their relationship unique and entertaining.
Eventually, the time came to an end.
The seventh day arrived: Rian's last day in the Resident Evil world.
Rather than taking extra rest, as he could have, Rian chose to return early. Not because he was uncomfortable… but because there were simply too many things that needed to be done.
Without any dramatic farewells, Rian left only a message—sent through Alice to Luis and Ashley.
The message made no mention of "traveling between worlds." Instead, Rian wrote that he was undertaking a special mission in another country, one that might take a long time.
A plausible reason… enough to explain his future absence.
And with that, without a sound, without leaving any unnecessary trace, Rian Andromeda quietly stepped away from this world, ready to tread into the next.

The long black trench coat billowed softly with each of Rian's steps, following the movement of his relaxed yet confident figure.
On his back, a Hybrid Chainsaw Sword stood out prominently—a 70-centimeter serrated chain-blade, its dark handle exuding an unmistakable sense of lethality.
On his face, a pair of sunglasses from Lab Eden rested, different from usual.
This time, their darkness was slightly reduced, revealing a glimpse of sharp, bright blue eyes gleaming behind the lenses.
Yet in reality, it wasn't that simple—the one-way glasses worked in reverse.
While to an observer it seemed transparent, showing Rian's eyes, to anyone else trying to wear them, the world would appear completely dark.
At this moment, Rian strolled casually along a wide street paved with white marble, softly reflecting the light from above. He moved as if blending with the crowd, yet still stood out.
Like a wind that cannot be caught, his presence was felt but difficult to grasp.
On both sides of the street, colossal white pillars rose, seemingly carved by the hands of ancient giants.
The pillars stretched high, piercing the sky endlessly, like bridges leading to another dimension.
On the surfaces of some pillars, red-glowing doors occasionally appeared. They slowly opened… and from within, one by one, creatures began to step out.
They were called "creatures" because they weren't merely human—they were forms from various otherworldly races.
Elves with long, graceful ears, Beastfolk with sharp ears and tails, even horned, black-winged figures typical of Demonkind appeared.
Some of them walked into other doors that appeared, and as soon as they entered… the doors vanished, as if they had never existed. At each door, a number was engraved—a unique serial code.
Suddenly, a black shadow streaked past beneath Rian's feet. Without glancing down, a dragon soared high into the sky, leaving ripples of air and a majestic silhouette among the clouds.
Yet… In the face of all this exotic and absurd spectacle, Rian remained unfazed.
In truth, from the very beginning, his gaze had stayed fixed on the reflection of himself in the handheld mirror he carried while walking.
Rian's face bore a faint smile, his long black hair slightly lifted by the breeze, elegant yet unhurried.
He noticed that some creatures in the distance had begun watching him: some even whispering his serial number.
Yet Rian Andromeda remained unfazed, his focus still fixed on the mirror as he occasionally swept his bangs back.
Soon after, he slipped the small handheld mirror into his shirt pocket.
"System," Rian said, "this handsome man requests an explanation about the Infinity Room."
Ding!
[Detected serial number 90,000 entering the Infinity Room for the first time]
[Initiating explanation!]
[The Infinity Room is divided into four areas: the Residential Area, the Commerce Area, the Training Area, and the Entertainment Area]
[The Residential Area is where Herald's live. It is connected to the Sky Pillars]
[The Commerce Area is where buying, selling, and auctions take place. For auctions, Herlad's who wish to auction their items will be charged a 10% fee of the final sale price, which is automatically deducted once the item is sold]
[The Training Area is where Herald can practice and learn combat skills]
[The Entertainment Area is where Herald can relax after completing missions]
[There are facilities such as the Virtual Prostitution Room, Fantasy Gardens, Cafés, and a Casino]
[Herlad can travel to various areas using the Transfer Doors]
[You only need to think about your intended destination when entering a Transfer Door, and the System will coordinate the exact location within the Infinity Room]
[The Transfer Door is not far from your current standing position]
"Alright then! This handsome man understands," Rian said, his tone relaxed yet full of confidence. "This handsome man wants to go to the Commerce Area."
Rian stepped theatrically toward the Transfer Door, adjusting his sunglasses and smiling faintly, as if quietly plotting a secret plan behind the scenes.
"Perhaps… I might discover something that can maximize the potential of the Six Eyes, even activate Limitless, without needing any specific profession."
Rian's smile remained, but his mind was filled with countless questions and theories.
In fact, for a long time, while gathering information about the Six Eyes, Gojo Satoru, and Limitless from his original world, Rian had already been experimenting with ways to activate the Limitless technique.
He carried out these attempts based on the theories and information he had collected.
However, no matter what he tried, the Limitless Technique still could not be activated.
No Infinity.
No Red.
No Blue.
And certainly, no Hollow Purple.
From this, Rian drew his conclusion: to use Limitless, one must have a specific profession, since the fuel for Limitless is Cursed Energy—or in other words, a special type of energy.
Without having that special energy within the body, it's impossible to even learn the technique, let alone activate it. And at this moment, Rian still did not have a profession capable of accessing that energy.
So now, Rian was determined to find an alternative.
Something that could act as a catalyst. Whether it be a mysterious item, a hidden class, or even an alternative source of energy in the Commerce Area. Every world held possibilities, and he knew… something would appear for him.
A few steps forward, and finally, Rian saw an extraordinarily large door—the Transfer Door the system had mentioned.
The center of the door was covered with a transparent membrane resembling water, rippling gently whenever touched. Every Herald who wished to move between areas would step through this membrane to reach their destination.
The area was bustling as well, Herlad of various races and forms passing back and forth through the Transfer Doors.
Without a word, Rian merged into the crowd and stepped into the transparent membrane, as if piercing the surface of the world and moving toward the next destination.

Notes: I want to quickly introduce the MC to the DXD world, so... I added a few chapters to speed up the flow.
