The content of the document surprised the shareholders as they very well know this company under the the Shi consortium.
This company was already on the verge of shutting down their operations and had a bad reputation with it's customers, and it was agreed to decide on the next steps during this meeting to decide whether or not to fully shut it down.
Immediately they all understood Shi Wang plans, Ning Baocheng couldn't hold back sneering.
