Since the outcome of the competition was already decided, the next step was to simply enjoy the process of winning the championship.
Kenji had enough confidence that even without using Beedrill, he could easily win the National Collegiate League.
Time was tight, and the tasks were heavy. After a simple packing session, Kenji set off for Crestview City the next day.
This time, Kenji picked up his pace slightly. In just a day and a half, he successfully arrived in Crestview City.
Crestview City was known as the City of a Thousand Springs because there were over a thousand natural springs within the city limits.

Brockton nodded, not pursuing it further. His gaze swept over Kenji, and he looked slightly surprised. The young man before him seemed familiar, as if he had seen him somewhere before.
But Brockton generally had no interest in men, so he didn't bother thinking about it. He said indifferently, "Then let's start quickly. I'm in a hurry."
His tone was impatient.
Kenji walked silently into the trainer's box, gripping a Pokéball tightly.

The referee announced the rules, then swung the green flag down sharply.

Kabutops used Aqua Jet plus Swords Dance, while Gyarados used Waterfall plus Dragon Dance.
