On dock 09 -
Zoro and medusa was standing on the docks while few dozens of marine soldiers were lying unconscious on ground and wooden planks,The air was thick with the smell of gun powder and Blood.
A figure- Reina, stepped forward from an narrow alley carrying a backpack bigger then herself with a grin on her face.Her was voice sweet laced with a tinge of craziness as she said-
"My...It seems I was late to the party ?"
Zoro raised an eyebrow-
"And who are you supposed to be ?"
Reina grinned pointing at the ship behind zoro -
"Apparently The Cook of our ship right there."
Medusa tilted her head slightly -
"Any proofs ?"
Reina just walked upto them and passed while skipping a step like an excited children who just got a new toy to play with.
" Get those from Ash, I don't care about something like that. Anyways, where is he ?"
"He should be here any-" zoro tried to respond but a cannon fire interrupted them.
Then came laughter and chaos , and the person leading the chaos towards them were none other then their captain and navigator.
"Ash ! You bastard ! I told you it was not a good idea to raid a marine base !"
Nami shouted comically while running beside Ash who was laughing like a maniac.
"Hahahaha- nami, this is really fun y'know! Oii zoro, get the sails ready ....we are leaving right now!"
Ash spoke while shouting orders to zoro who cursed his luck and got to work immediately.
The harbor was chaos—a Marine cannonball exploded nearby, sending a flock of startled seagulls into the smoky sky.
Ash sprinted toward the ship, Nami close on his heels, when a shout rang out behind them:
"After them!"
Medusa stepped forward, cracking her knuckles with a grin.
"I got this," she said, eyeing the first wave of Marines charging down the dock like they forgot how to use stairs.
Meanwhile, on the ship's deck, Zoro was… setting the sails. Or trying to. He squinted up at the tangled mess of ropes and canvas like it was an ancient puzzle.
"Why are these ropes so complicated?"
he muttered, accidentally tying himself in a knot.
"Someone get a manual."
A cannonball whistled past, missing him by inches. Zoro hardly blinked.
"Guess not."
Back on the docks, Medusa moved with lethal grace, her purple energy crackling through the air. She sent a Marine flying with a well-placed blast, then flipped backward over another, landing in a crouch with a smug smirk.
"Try to catch me if you can!"
Ash grabbed Nami's hand.
"Zoro! Hurry up with those sails!"
he called, dodging another cannonball that splashed nearby.Zoro didn't look impressed.
"I'm working here, grandpa. These sails aren't going to raise themselves."
Just then, a Marine lunged at Medusa from behind. Without missing a beat, she turned, grabbed his arm, and sent him sprawling face-first into a barrel of fish guts.
"Gross,"
she remarked, wiping her hands.The last few Marines hesitated, watching Medusa with a mix of fear and disgust. That was their cue. Zoro finally pulled on the main rope, and the sails began to rise awkwardly but effectively.
"Alright! Everyone aboard! Time to go!"
Ash shouted.Medusa gave one last dazzling grin, weaving through the stunned Marines to leap onto the ship.
With a flourish, she slammed the gangplank shut just as the ship's engines roared to life.
Zoro leaned casually against the mast, wiping sweat from his brow.
"Told you I've got sailing covered."
Reina who was already aboard laughed wildly as she slapped Ash's back hard.
"You've gathered quite a crew for yourself Ash,hahaha"
Nami raised an eyebrow -
"And you are ?"
Reina grinned-"Apologies for the late introduction, I am Reina Vale, who is going to be the greatest cook in all of the seas !"
Ash smirked looking at Reina and then at the flying cannons coming towards them-
"Yeah ? How about you help me out a little with those flying birds comming towards me ?"
Reina clicked her tongue-
"Tch, you are not cute at all giving orders....well whatever you shitty captain ."
She moved to back of the ship , with eyes sharp as a blade—stood calm, hands poised on the railing. The smell of spices lingered faintly around her like a secret weapon.
"Time to show them what we're cooking,"
she said with a sly smile, her voice steady but brimming with excitement.With a flick of her wrist, the air shimmered as food items began to materialize, glowing faintly with a mystic aura—the power of the Chef Chef Fruit.
She raised her arms, and an enormous doughy shield formed around the ship's hull, pulsating and bubbling like warm bread in an oven.
Cannonballs slammed against the shield, exploding in bursts of flour and spices that sent pungent clouds into the air, obscuring the Marines' aim.
Reina grinned as she introduced her powers to the crew-
"Well , presenting to you - The "Chef Chef Fruit" (Kuku Kuku no Mi). It grants the abilities to generate and control food that can nourish, rejuvenate, and boost stamina, but also animate food constructs to fight or defend."
She continued deflecting a flying cannons comming towards her with a big dough.
" It let's me create food-based weapons, armor, or traps, turning ordinary cooking ingredients into powerful tools of battle. This ability blends culinary creativity with combat versatility, enabling this chef to dazzle on the battlefield with both offense and support utility."
"Woah… Did she just turn cannonballs into dough?" Nami exclaimed, eyes wide.
Zoro grinned, "That's one heck of a culinary defense!"
Medusa scratched his head, "I didn't know food could be this dangerous… I like her style."
Ash chuckled, "Fresh and deadly."
The chef didn't stop there. From the deck, she summoned animated skewers and fiery meatballs that launched back at the Marines with sizzling speed and scalding heat.
The Marine ranks splattered with bursts of sauce and smoke, their faces a mix of shock and disgust.
"By the Admiral's sake! What kind of devil fruit is this?!"
one Marine captain shouted, wiping sticky splatter from his uniform.
"We're under attack by gourmet warfare!"
another exclaimed, as a flaming kebab whirled past his head.
Back on the ship, the crew cheered, rallying behind their new culinary warrior. The chef laughed, bowing slightly, and said,
"I hope you're hungry for victory."
Ash nodded with a smirk, pride evident in his voice.
"With you around , I am always hungry."
As the dough shield shimmered in the fading sunlight, the ship surged onward, sails full of promise—and the scent of spicy retribution.
As the ship pulled away, Ash looked back at the smoking docks and burst out laughing.
"We made it."
"And I didn't get lost this time," Zoro added proudly, only to promptly walk into the mast.
Medusa just shook her head, laughing.
"Never a dull moment with you guys."
The ship sailed beyond the horizon, the salty wind carrying their laughter into the sunset—ready for whatever ridiculous adventure came next.
"Nami set coarse for the Reverse mountain- it's time to leave the East blue."
Nami nodded and moved collecting the maps to set coarse to their location.
Zoro smirked
"So we are finally leaving the East blue?"
Ash grinned . "It's about time ."
Reina also chimmed in , still radiating the crazy energy of her-
"So where are we going then ?"
Medusa replied to her with a smile.
" Apparently Ash has someone he wants to pick up from NORTH BLUE ."
Reina grinned -
" A side tour it is then ? Before we enter the grandline ."
Ash grinned - " it's necessary,but I think it won't take too long ?"
The ship disappeared over the horizon leaving behind chaos they brought with them, and turned the Loguetown upside down.
1 day later
A ship was sailing on the calm sea water of eastblue with occasional waves caressing and shaking it a little, the atmosphere was sunny as the sea gulls circled around lazily above in the sky.suddenly a loud shout of nami interrupted the atmosphere -
" Aaahhh...A-Ash you bastard ! We have bounties on our heads now because of you !"
Ash laughed as he came out of the captains room of ship-
"Haha- so it finally arrived huh ? What numbers did the Navy assigned us ?"
Nami exclaimed as she caught the Crew's attention -
" Come here and look for yourself !"
As everyone got together nami put the bounty posters on a small table on deck one by one-
