Chapter 16 - Chapter 15

The moment Akira stepped back into his expanded penthouse suite, a sharp knock interrupted him. He opened the door to find the military officers from noon, now standing before him with an immense haul of supplies.

They had returned with everything they promised: large sacks overflowing with seeds for various fruits, staples (rice, corn, wheat, cassava, sweet potato, potato, and sugarcane), and a bulging backpack likely filled entirely with vegetable seeds. They also carried a professional briefcase.

The officer immediately got down to business. "Mr. Akira, how quickly can your... spatial farm produce these materials, ready for harvest?"

Akira gave a prepared answer. "At least three days for a full growth cycle. However, I can't predict the exact harvest yield yet." He then added a crucial warning: "The result is unprocessed. You must devise a solution to process the rice and wheat; they require significant work before they're edible."

The officer nodded, accepting the logistical challenge. He then opened the briefcase, revealing the payment and the bonus incentives:

1. Payment: A thick stack of cash, totaling Rp 5 million (Rupiah), the initial payment for the contract.

2. Ability Cards: Two distinct ability cards lay on top of the cash: one was a Summoning ability, and the other was a Farming-related ability.

Seeing the cards, Akira immediately recognized the perfect leverage point for his secret.

The existence of a Summoning ability card gave him the ultimate alibi. Now, when he began introducing the massive, powerful female personnel, he wouldn't have to explain his unique power.

He could simply say the girls were the result of the summoning ability card they themselves provided (or a similar one he found), and the agricultural output was from the Farming-related card. This perfectly married his lie to their reality, completing his protective cover.

Akira, adopting the maxim "strike while the iron is still hot," decided to press his advantage. Since the trial had technically ended three days ago, he could claim the immediate harvest of the island's perpetual fruits as spoils from that event, bypassing the three-day planting cycle.

"Before you leave," Akira called out to the officer, "I can already harvest a few items I obtained from the trial. The spoils from those monsters were quite random."

The officer's eyes widened with immediate interest. "What items are ready, sir?"

Akira listed the first batch of immediate, high-value produce: "Breadfruit, oranges, bananas, peaches, jackfruit," and a few other commonplace fruits.

Hearing the mention of Breadfruit, the officer became instantly serious. Breadfruit is a high-calorie, starchy food crucial for survival.

"Mr. Akira, we need the Breadfruit immediately. I am placing an order for a minimum of 100 kg of it. If your current yield is lower than that, we will take whatever you have. Breadfruit can serve as a vital alternate staple meal for both the populace and the military."

The officer then delivered a grim update on the external situation, highlighting the necessity of Akira's need of an enclosed, safe base.

With the Breadfruit order confirmed and telling the horrific reality of the outside world, the officers finally took their leave, leaving Akira to his tasks: securing his wealth and preparing his farm.

Akira wasted no time. He had two critical operations to run:

1. This 5 million Rupiahs will served as the necessary "seed money" that he will use to prepare his plan to procure maybe a life stock.

2. He grabbed the massive bags of staple and vegetable seeds, slung the {Bag of Infinite Space} over his shoulder, and returned to the Domain.

Once on the island, he headed to the prepared field, called Rarasha (High Elf) and her team to the field. "Rarasha, we have three days to see if we can sow the seed from outside and if it can be planted here. Let's start to move."

Just as Akira was finishing the crucial task of sowing the staple and vegetable seeds with the help of the High Elves and various idle girls eager for a task, the Voice of the World rang out again, cutting through the busy air of the island.

> "A Gate will open in one hour in a sector of Pekalongan."

>

> "A map-like feature indicating the Gate's location will be displayed in the left eye of any Candidate within the vicinity. This feature will activate when the Gate is under an hour from opening."

>

Akira, knew he had less than one hour to prepare. He immediately dismissed the teams, trusting the High Elves' innate ability to continue the farming process.

Knowing he needed to maximize his personal combat capability before facing an unknown threat, Akira took out his collected Ability Cards. Despite having an army at his disposal, his immediate priority was not to be a burden and to ensure his own survival.

He selectively chose a powerful mix of utility, defense, and stealth cards that would enhance his body:

Defense/Resistance:

1. Thunder Resistance

2. Acid Resistance

Stealth/Evasion:

1. Flicker Dodge

2. Shadow Step

3. Veil of Silence

4. Silence Step

Mobility:

1. Unbound Aerial Mastery.

2. Feral Sprint

3. Bounding Leap

Offense/Utility:

1. Paralyze Shock

2. Freezing Aura

3. Predator's Focus Sight

4. Unstoppable Ram

5. Corrosive Slash

6. Intimidation

Akira systematically integrated the chosen cards, feeling the rush of new, specialized powers flowing into his body. The combination of Veil of Silence and Silence Step created a truly perfect stealth combo, allowing him to move completely undetected by any conventional means.

With his personal abilities maximized, he was ready to lead the defense mission.

Akira made his final, critical logistical move. He placed the Bottomless Bento Box—his permanent source of food—securely into the vast, extra-dimensional space of his {Bag of Infinite Space}.

Next, he handled the two high-risk, ethically volatile assets: the {Guaranteed Impregnation} and {Perpetual Drive} cards. He tucked the two dubious abilities from the Goblin into a small, zippered side pocket of the backpack. He needed them to be secure, knowing their absurd existence could cause significant, irreversible problems if lost or used improperly.

As he turned, he realized Yukari was right beside him. No matter where he moved, the Goddess of Boundaries was a constant presence.

"Don't go alone, dear," Yukari advised, her smile cryptic. "You may be strong, but you need eyes on the ground and backup. Pick some girls who are resting and specialized for scouting and support."

Accepting her suggest ion, Akira quickly scanned his mental roster and selected a small, highly specialized team tailored for reconnaissance, stealth, and balanced support magic for his first mandatory Gate mission.

He quickly summoned the following girls from their resting places that is Hyūga Hinata, Kuroka, Koneko Toujou, Sona Sitri, Wendy Marvell, Juvia Lockser, Erza Scarlet, Kurumu Kurono and Shirayuki Mizore. Telling them that their ability are essential for his plan.

"The Gate is opening in Pekalongan in less than an hour," Akira announced to the small assembly. Akira then checked the digital map now forming in his left eye and prepared for his first act of global defense.

The small, elite team was assembled, but as Akira began outlining his plan to scout the Pekalongan Gate, Hinata Hyūga, spoke up.

"Akira-sama," Hinata said softly, her Byakugan already analyzing the terrain visible through the domain's connection.

"While this group are ready for an unknown Gate threat, i think our medical support are lacking. I... I also would feel safer having more familiar faces, as I was alone in the domain."

Akira understood immediately. Hinata's comfort and confidence were critical, and her suggestions were tactically sound.

"You're right, Hinata," Akira conceded with a nod. "We're going to expand the team now."

Akira then called our some back up from Hinata world.

"Hanabi Hyūga, Tsunade Senju, and Sakura Haruno, Ino Yamanaka, Tenten, and Temari."

Sona Sitri stepped forward next. "For external missions, we need overwhelming local support. I recommend you summon my entire peerage for logistics and support, and for pure firepower, my sister Serafall Leviathan should be on call." Akira nodded, seeing the utility.

Erza Scarlet crossed her armored arms. "If we are bringing mages, you should summon Lucy Heartfilia immediately. Her Celestial Spirit summoning ability grants us a flexible, massive force."

Koneko Toujou, looking directly at Akira, finally voiced her concern. "Rias Gremory... I haven't seen her. She should be here too."

Akira's face hardened. He firmly rejected the idea, not even bothering to use her name, simply calling her the 'red head'. He had his reasons for avoiding Rias Gremory.

Akira's mind instantly connected the dots regarding the Devil contract. "Yukari!" he snapped, his voice sharp. "I need you to perform a critical extraction." He then calling Akeno to coming over.

He pointed to Koneko and the newly arrived Akeno Himejima. "Take out the Evil Pieces from Koneko and Akeno. I need their minds to be clear and their loyalty untainted by the charming effect of the Gremory lineage."

He then looked at Kuroka (Koneko's sister), knowing she also carried a piece, or was influenced by one. "Do the same for Kuroka."

Yukari smiled, finding the task trivial but fascinating. With a flicker of the Boundary, she reached into the spiritual and physical forms of the three women and effortlessly extracted the Evil Pieces, which shimmered briefly before vanishing into the domain's aether.

Koneko, Akeno, and Kuroka felt an immediate, subtle mental liberation. They looked at the Goddess with profound respect, understanding that the ease with which she performed this soul-level surgery demonstrated a power far beyond that of the Devil Kings.

With the expanded team assembled and crucial magical ties severed, Akira now commanded a fully supported scouting force.

The Gate in Pekalongan was opening soon
