Chapter 19 - Chapter 19: Eden's first battle against Mark Variant!

After Eden, William, and the hot senior sister met up, they didn't waste much time and immediately walked into the Upstate University lecture hall to attend a public lecture specifically prepared for them, the reserve freshmen.

During the lecture, a student named Sinclair caught Eden's attention.

The kid was a troublemaker; he angrily retorted to the professor a few times during the public lecture, claiming the professor didn't understand the true power of pharmacology, biology, and anatomy.

However, this was just a small interlude in the class.

Afterward, Eden, William, and the hot senior sister ate American barbecue together, and then the senior sister invited them, "I have a freshman welcoming party to go to next. Are you two planning to come along?!"

"I won't go."

"Sorry, I should be sleeping at this time."

Eden took out his phone, checked the time, and shook his head.

"Freshman welcoming party?!"

"That's truly great!"

"I love parties the most."

"Senior sister, I'll go with you."

As for William?! After hearing from the senior sister that there was a party later, he excitedly shouted and ran to the hot senior sister he fancied, deliberately showing off.

Then, William glanced at Eden and whispered to the hot senior sister, "Don't let my brother Eden's tall and muscular appearance fool you, like he's the ace member of the rugby club! He's actually a genuine 'three good' student who sleeps early and wakes early!"

"His goal this year is to get into those old Ivy League universities, so let us bad kids handle the night activities."

As William said this, he playfully winked at the senior sister.

"Alright."

"I hope you get into your dream university as you wish."

Hearing this, the senior sister no longer insisted that Eden accompany them to the party, sincerely wishing Eden success in his studies.

"Thanks."

With Eden's super hearing, he naturally heard all of William's 'slander' clearly, but he didn't care about William's nonsense at all; instead, he wholeheartedly approved of this behavior that could help him reduce unnecessary trouble.

Eden always adhered to a work style of being low-key, hardworking, and striving for strength.

"I wish you both a good time."

After Eden quietly wished his good friend William and the hot senior sister in front of him a wonderful evening.

Eden returned to the dormitory that the enthusiastic senior sister had specially arranged for him and William for the night.

The dormitory wasn't big, just a simple double room, but it had everything it needed and was quite convenient.

After a very simple wash-up, Eden lay on the bed and whispered, "Simulation initiated!!"

Hmm, Eden loved simulating, loved getting stronger, loved fighting.

Fighting felt great!

"Please select your opponents."

The system's prompt arrived as expected.

"The opponents are Omni-Man Nolan and Invincible Mark, two people."

Eden said to himself.

"Opponents are in position."

"Please select the battle location."

The system continued.

"The location is still an uninhabited area."

Eden continued.

"Battle location confirmed."

"Starting simulation now."

Under Eden's command, the system quickly arranged everything.

"Buzz!"

Suddenly, Eden felt his vision blur, and then everything around him changed.

Hmm, the location where Eden's simulation began this time was still in the sky.

As for Eden's opponents, Mark and Nolan?!

They were now, like Eden, quietly floating in the uninhabited sky.

"Hey?!"

"Let me open my eyes wide and see, Father, guess what I've found?"

The moment Eden suddenly appeared in the sky, Mark, wearing his classic blue battle suit, immediately noticed him. He tilted his head, stared at Eden in the sky, and turned to his father, Nolan, sneering, "Another guy who doesn't know his place."

"Hmph!"

"These Earthlings will never understand that accepting the rule of the Viltrum Empire is their only choice."

Nolan sneered, his cold eyes merely sweeping over Eden before he disdainfully shook his head.

The entire Earth, whether ground or deep sea, core or surface, had been ravaged by him and his son more than once.

Clearly, there were no means left on this planet to resist them.

Whether it was Cecil or Tech Jacket, whether it was the Guardians or other superheroes, they were all powerless to fight!

Nolan didn't believe that this kid who appeared out of nowhere would be a match for him and Mark.

"Kid, where did you pop out from, another superhero?!"

"Don't you Earthlings understand even now?!"

"Earth is already in the bag for us, the Viltrum father and son."

Mark then flew in front of Eden, pointed at Eden's nose, and chattered incessantly.

"Is the system simulating the Mark father and son from a parallel world for me?!"

"Well, as that guy Angstrom Levy said, over ninety-nine percent of Mark and his father in parallel universes are beasts."

Eden commented on this.

Hmm, although the Mark in front of him also called himself Invincible, in Eden's eyes, the other party was more like an Invincible thug, making him feel annoyed from the bottom of his heart.

"Kid, what did you just say?!"

"Do you believe I'll blow your head off right here?!"

"Just like I blew off Rex and Bulletproof's!"

Mark, after hearing Eden's soliloquy, angrily retorted.

"But if that's the case, I'll have no qualms about acting."

"If it were the 'naive' Mark from the main universe, even if it was simulated by the system, it would make me hesitate when I made a move."

As Eden thought this, his eyes gradually filled with a hint of killing intent. Without any unnecessary words, he simply used one hand to grab the neck of the variant Mark, simulated by the system, in front of him.

"Wuwuwu!"

Mark seemed not to have expected Eden to suddenly attack, nor did he expect Eden's strength to be so great. No matter how he struggled, he couldn't break free from Eden's large hand, which was like a planetary-grade hydraulic press.

"Kid, it seems your father hasn't taught you to show at least respect and politeness to strangers."

"And this is the price of disrespecting others."

Eden said, and in front of Nolan, he twisted the variant Mark's neck.

"Mark!"

"You bastard, how dare you kill my son?!"

Nolan watched Mark being instantly killed, and he shouted in disbelief.

"You're next, Nolan."

After discarding Mark's body, Eden's gaze locked onto Nolan in the sky.

Twenty minutes later.

Eden similarly discarded Nolan's body in the same manner.

"End simulation!"

After dealing with the two, Eden commanded the system.

At the same time, Eden pondered, "No, Mark at this stage is still too weak! He can't be considered a true Viltrum warrior at all. Saying it's a two-on-one fight is actually just me fighting Nolan one-on-one."

Eden, growing increasingly powerful, was already starting to find Mark's strength insufficient.

Thinking of this, Eden continued to instruct the system, "Next, continue to simulate two Viltrum people for me, but don't make me fight Mark and Nolan anymore; such a battle is meaningless! Let me simultaneously fight two elite-level Viltrum people."

"As for the simulation location, choose an uninhabited planet for me."

After long consideration, Eden decided that fighting two elite Viltrum people simultaneously would be more interesting and challenging.
