After the Loguetown incident, when an admiral had been knocked out and a pirate had escaped, caused an outrage across the world, seeing a pirate who isn't one of the four Yonko be able to do that made lots of people doubt the Admirals, and even the Marines as a whole.
The Marines issued a bounty of 2 Billion, presenting the 'Star Eater' as a dangerous criminal, and causing a deep look into Roya's background right after a Marine soldier overheard Kizaru's statement in battle. This led to the World Government finding out about Roya's escape of Marijoa, leading to the Six Elders doing background checks on all Celestial Dragons, and order the containment of all males to be even more stricter, and leading to many people starting to recognise him.
The Four Yonko, after reading the newspaper, are getting increasingly of Roya's power, and his unknown objectives concerning his adventure. This has now increased tension, causing the Star Pirates to become a hot topic across the world even more, from basic pirates falling in love with Roya, to well-known pirates respecting Roya.
Roya, unaware of most of the One Piece lore, isn't that afraid that he is in the North Blue, due to not knowing the powers of Kaido and Big Mom, who, if they find out where he is, will quickly send out a fleet to exterminate to quickly kill him.
Turning 14, and also the public knowing his real age, has now resulted in the 'world' wanting to kill him off, including the user of the 'Human Human fruit: Model Nika' before they achieve their potential.
The Marine Hero, Garla, has now been sent orders to attack if she ever sees Roya, and to only kill/capture Roya. But of course, she doesn't listen due to Lucy being safe and sound, and heads to the East Blue.
Germa 66, present in the North Blue, do not really care about Roya's situation, but sadly for them, a Vinsmoke is going to have her captain bring her revenge.
After a day of the Loguetown incident, Roya lies down on deck, with bandages across his body, while the rest of his crew are in the bathhouse together.
'The North Blue, I don't even know about any characters here, but the map is now personally telling me the names of the islands I should/not go. And the first one here says... Lvneel Island.'
'The place where Noland came from? Quite interesting. Well, I can't wait to finally see outside of the East Blue and Grandline.'
'Also, as soon as I came here, it showed me the silhouettes and clues on who I can and should recruit. So I think when I'm near them, the specific image will reveal itself.'
'Also, the crew's power is increasing by a lot, especially the top fighters right now. Lucy has even almost unlocked Gear 2 already, and the swordswomen are just right behind.'
Roya spots a News Coo, and pays it to get the newspaper, revealing the headline of 'Star Eater Roya has knocked out a Marine Admiral!!! The hunt continues for the last man standing!'
'Did it really just put that as it's title, quite surprising. W-what the fuck! 2 BILLION!!!'
Roya, completely shocked, sees his bounty increased up by 1.2 Billion, making him rub his own head in absolute astonishment.
"Crazy, absolutely crazy, I'm getting hunted down now by the Marines and the World Government for real. Fuck's sake!"
"What are you screaming about Roya?" Makino comes out in a towel, looking at Roya curiously.
"Wanna see the newspaper, Makino?"
"Sure... What!!! 2-2-2 Billion! But you aren't even that powerful! What are we going to do with the Marines chasing us down for real now!"
"That's what I said! But hopefully nobody can find us for now, because they probably think we are heading to the Grandline."
"Should I tell the rest of the crew about this?"
"Might as well, better that they aren't ignorant about my bounty, but most of them would most likely want a party for this."
"I thought they wanted a party because it's your birthday today."
"....Oh yeah, forgot about that, anyway I'm heading to train, come call me when you need me."
Roya heads inside to train while not too long after, they finish their bath and head into their rooms to change. They realise that Roya is training, which means they start preparing a party for Roya to enjoy, and for themselves to have a break from the intense speedrun of the East Blue.
*1 hour later*
Roya, finished with his training and full of sweat soaked into his bandages, gets jumped on by Buggie.
"What is it Buggie?"
"I have a surprise for you, come with me to see it!"
She detaches her hand which clings onto Roya's head, and walks towards deck, while Roya just shrugs his shoulders and follows her.
"Happy Birthdayyyyy!"
"We know you most likely expected this, but we want to show you we didn't forget about you birthday."
Sanju comes up, putting her arm over Roya's shoulder and showing a bright smile, while shaking a bit.
"Thanks, but you do know that I know your perverted, so why did you think it was a good idea to touch me?"
"Relax, let's just enjoy this party as much as possible." Zora comes up, already chugging down saké.
"Jeez you alcoholic, but let me try i-"
"You can't, you idiot!" Nami comes up, dragging Roya away from the bottle, while Nojiko and Belle-mére start to giggle, about Roya's defeated expression.
"But it's my birthday, I need to try out something new today at least."
"And it isn't going to be saké, just ask for some juice instead."
"Then what am I going to try today? It needs to be something I haven't tried."
"Just find it out yourself, it's just not goin- Lucy!"
Nami and Dadan run to rip Lucy's mouth from the saké, while Roya sneakily gets a bottle, leading to Alvida laughing inside.
'This tastes like shit, I ain't having this at all.'
Roya gives the bottle to Carmen and goes to Makino to give him orange juice, while Usoppe is doing shenanigans with Lucy in front of Nami.
"Roya, did you want to try out something new?" Makino asks, making Roya nod sadly while drinking.
"I wanted to try out saké, but that was grim."
"Didn't you say to us if we wanted to do anything sexual to you, we can do it after the East Blue, right?"
"Ye....why? Do you want something?"
"No, no, not now at least, it's just, it looks like most of the crewmembers are starting to get sexually frustrated, and I think you should try to alleviate their frustration."
"Like who?"
"Basically everyone, except the newest crewmembers, and Dadan."
"So basically everyone excluding 4 people?"
"Basically."
"Well, that's easier said than done, but I have to do them seperately, not together."
"Of course, but I advise going for Lucy first, because she's one of your first crewmembers, and is also your Vice-Captain."
"Alright, I'll go ask her later, for now let me just get into the zone of actually commiting to it."
