After the incident with Lawe, the Marines found out first, trying to bring down the reputation of the Star Pirates, and with the World Economy News Paper having to calm down, the reputation of Roya had decreased to a regular pirate, with all the smart people realising he was the one much more injured, rather than him being the aggressor. The World Government had also increased his bounty to 2.1 Billion, just to make him seem even more dangerous.
Meanwhile, the Star Pirates are heading towards the Germa Kingdom, to take them down after the occupation of 4 kingdoms, and the mention of scientists being present, which Roya shows an interest towards. Due to the fact that he slightly knows that the World Government have a piece of technology out of this world, alongside 800 years ago, he wants to have as many scientists to go against the World Government.
He has also showed an interest towards the Ancient Weapon, Pluton, but decides to ignore it for now due to not knowing where it is. Due to his knowledge being limited, his aim is to start and take part in 'The Summit War/Marineford War' aiming for the sending of his crew to train, while he recruits the old gen, and reveal some information about the past according to the supposed desire to conquer the world.
This has led him to fully commit exploring all Four Blues, and try to find as many capable crewmembers as possible before blitzing the first part of the Grandline. Sadly, due to him not realising that people can cross the Calm Belt right now, he has no idea that both Yonko's and Admirals are able to still attack him quickly.
Due to him realising the importance of the Ope-Ope No Mi, and having two people awakening the fruit, which he never knew about, causes him to try to finish in the North Blue, and head into the West Blue, trying to find the archaeologists in Ohara, with the supposed destruction of God Valley, trying to fuel his desire over becoming King of the World/Pirates and awakening the 3rd Haki.
After having a talk with Lawe and the other newly recruited people, he has found out that Rosinante is an ex-Celestial Dragon, and revealing that Doflamingo, her sister and King of the Underworld, is needed to be taken down. Roya, understanding that there are both good and bad on both sides, starts to consider about Marijoa, the hell he escaped, and plans a visit there.
"Alright guys, we have arrived in the Germa Kingdom, let's recruit some scientists and robots."
Roya says, and from the informaton from Sanju, there are 6 people they are aiming to recruit, which leads to the crew having to fight all together, while Roya just beats the shit out of the leader, Vinsmoke Judica, while the rest take on the rest.
"Alright, let's do this, I'll let you lot head first, while I go straight for the middle."

Roya and the rest go to their designated areas, while Roya goes straight to the middle, destroying lots of the Germa 66 Army, and aims to destroy a huge chunk of it, destroying lots of the island, attracting Vinsmoke Judica to come out of her hiding place, while the other top fighters are attracted to their respective areas.
"Roya? Why have you come to me, when I'm vastly more powerful than your crew."
"I'm just looking for you to join my crew."
"Hahahahah, how preposterous. What need do I have to join under you, while you aren't even stronger than me, you man!"
"Join me, and help me conquer the world, and I'll help you achieve your dreams, but peacefully."
"Hmmmm, well, you need to show me, alongside your worthless crew, why I shouldn't kill you all!"
Judica activates her raid suit, instantly trying to go for the kill, which leads to Roya jumping on her, trying to break off the suit.
Judica grabs her spear, and tries to stab Roya, who blocks it and punches her suit, damaging it.
Judica starts to charge her body with electricity, causing Roya to get executed for a long time, before deciding to jump off and land on the ground, causing him to get jumped by several clones, who get easily destroyed.
"Denji Shafuto!"
Judica sends a large amount of electricity, which catches Roya, but he tanks it, and runs towards Judica.
He sends a flying punch, causing Judica to lose some balance in the air, allowing Roya to grab both boots, burning his arm, and slams her into the ground with full strength.
Judica tries to counterattack with her spear, but it gets knocked out of her hand, and receives a pummelling from Roya, causing multiple cracks on Judica's raid suit to appear.
Multiple Germa 66 clones gang up on Roya, who gets annoyed and kills them all, allowing Judica to punch him back with Haki, causing Roya to punch her back, sending her flying.
Roya sees the others fighting in the distance and plans to end this fight as quickly as possible.
"I heard you abused Sanju, and even killed your own wife, which makes you deserving of death."
Judica ignores his words, planning a kick towards him, which Roya blocks with his fists, allowing Judica to launch lots of attacks.
"You-u-u-u-u-u-u-u know you should not be kept alive, but I'm giving you a chance to change your ways, unless you want me to break your dreams."
"I can still win! You are not a one man army!"
"You won't win, just make sure to join my crew as my first and not only scientist."
Roya decides to grab Judica's leg, spinning her around quickly, appearing as a tornado, and smashes her into the ground, and hitting a punch towards the ground.

Roya knocks out Judica, sending her into a sleep, while Roya picks her up, aiming to take her away to his ship's jail, while also seeing if he needs to help the others.
Roya sees the top fighters dealt with, capturing them all except for Reiju, who has accepted joining Roya's crew at the start with seeing Sanju again. With Sanju also awakening her Raid Suit, and able to become invisible.
Roya helps out with the finishing of Germa 66 clones, and decides to head back to the ship with all the captors and a direct victory over the strongest in the North Blue.
"Sanju, it says I'm able to revive your mom with the raid suit activated in her, should I revive her?"
"Of course! I want to see her again."
"Ok , got it, let me revive her."

After a bright light occurs, Vinsmoke Sora appears, a little less pale than when Sanju last saw her.
This causes both Sanju and later Reiju to cry their eyes out seeing their mom again, while Roya goes to the Prison area to discuss among his captors.
"So, you going to join my crew? Or should I just exterminate all of you here and now?"
While the daughters are all blushing madly, due to their loss of emotions fueling their lust towards men, Judica decides to join his crew, and withdraw all his hatred and keep in check in the crew.
"I see, then I hope we will be good partners, Judica."
"Me too, Roya."
Both Judica and Roya shake on it, while the rest leave the area, trying to ignore their increased levels of lust to meet the crew, who have also slightly been helped by Roya's system to fix their personality issues, which sacrifices his pinky toe nail.
"I guess this journey was quite quick I think, let's head out of here now, and aim for the West Blue!"
