"Male colleague, huh?" he said as he moved closer.
My lips parted, but no sound came out. My mind screamed to look away, but I couldn't. I swallowed hard, my eyes tracing the water dripping down his chest, sliding lower and lower.
Gosh, this man was hot. Way too hot.
I blinked hard, but he just kept walking closer and closer, until he stopped just a few inches away, close enough that the warmth of his damp skin brushed against mine.
My breath hitched. "you could at least put something on," I managed, my voice barely a whisper.
Derek's lips curved into a slow, teasing smirk. "Why? You seem to be enjoying the view."
"I… I'm not," I stammered, stepping back, though my pulse betrayed me.
His smirk deepened, amusement flickered in his eyes. "You're a terrible liar."
He chuckled softly, that deep, effortless laugh that rumbled in his chest, then turned away, reaching for the towel draped over the chair. He wrapped it around his waist with infuriating calmness.
