"Kin, Zaku. We'll use the cross attack strategy," Dosu ordered, extending his strangely perforated metal arm.

—Understood!—Kin and Zaku answered in unison

Dosu's companions positioned themselves on either side of the ash-blond, leaving the leader of the sound trio to lead the attack.

—Shit, all three of them are going to attack me at once from different positions. I can barely move my right arm, and the fever is already affecting my balance. Fuck... I must be thinking like that idiot Deku, who comes up with the craziest, stupidest, yet most effective plans for desperate situations. And right now I'm in a desperate situation. —Bakugo thought, turning his gaze in the three directions of his attackers.

The ash-blond man could not think of any plan any longer, since he was indeed attacked simultaneously from the flanks, by Kin and Zalu, and from the front, by Dosu.

Kin attacked him by throwing a dozen needles at him. Zaku attacked him using his artificially modified arms with a large blast of air, and Dosu was already a few meters away from slamming his metallic arm into Bakugo's body.

Bakugo, showing off his great reflexes, reacted instantly and placed his greatsword, with the help of his injured arm (which made him feel enormous pain) in the trajectory of Kin's needles, while with his healthy arm he sent a great explosion to Zaku's air attack avoiding any damage.

He had no more free hands to stop Dosu's immediate attack, so he jumped back to avoid his blow, forgetting for a moment due to the tension, what had happened to Kabuto when he dodged his attack before the written exam.

"Heh," Dosu smiled, feeling like he had won the duel.

"Fuck, I forgot the mummy has some trick that made the four-eyed man throw up," Bakugo thought, annoyed with himself for not remembering something so important. "This is the end for me, but I'm taking these bastards to the grave with me."

Bakugo was resigned to his fate: death. But as he worked up a sweat to perform his Big Bang, he realized he didn't feel bad. Well, he felt dizzy and shitty, but that was due to the fever caused by the infection in his right shoulder, not Dosu's attack.

Dosu was even more surprised than the ash-blond, not understanding why he wasn't lying on the ground vomiting from the attack on his inner ear. Bakugo, taking advantage of Dosu's distraction, delivered a strong kick to his jaw that sent him flying.

—DOSU!—Zaku and Kin shouted simultaneously, also not understanding anything.

They, like their leader, also made the mistake of getting distracted. A mistake that Bakugo didn't hesitate to capitalize on again.

The first thing he did was to put the Kubikiribōchō down on the ground to be more agile. Then he lunged at Kin like a beast just released from its cage.

Kin, as a reflex, protected herself with her arms, even though she knew such an action wouldn't help her at all against the blond's imminent attack. Fortunately for her, Zaku reacted better, as he executed another blast of air, this time hitting the ash-blond's body and displacing him from his companion.

The adrenaline coursing through Bakugo's body, driven by the desire to finish off his enemies, momentarily made it so he didn't feel the pain in his shoulder. He quickly recovered and this time went straight for Zaku. The sound genin launched his signature attack again, but this time Bakugo was more prepared. With his healthy left arm, he set off numerous small explosions that dissipated Zaku's attack.

Zaku, seeing that he couldn't stop Bakugo, began to sweat from the fear he felt at the terrifying image of Bakugo, with his teeth bared and his eyes almost bloodshot, going at full speed towards him. He was sure that he was going to be killed by the ash-blond. Trembling and terribly scared, he took a step back, tripping over a stone and falling to the ground.

Bakugo, seeing that he had already defeated Zaku, calmed down, and that made the pain he hadn't felt come back to him all at once. It made him angry, so he pressed his foot hard on the scared Zaku's neck.

"If you move, you're a dead man," Bakugo said hatefully, though the source of his anger wasn't Zaku at that moment, but his shoulder. It made him want to amputate it so he wouldn't feel that torture.

Kin, seeing that Zaku had lost, ran to his leader, who was lying unconscious on the ground from the kick to the jaw. When he reached him, he shook him awake.

"Hey!" Bakugo called out to Kin and Dosu. "If you don't want me to kill your teammate, you better stay still and answer my questions."

"First of all..." Dosu said, sitting up with Kin's help, breaking out in a cold sweat. "How come my attack didn't affect you? Your inner ear should be destroyed by now."

—Ha. Was that your trick? My ears have developed enough to be able to protect themselves from the sound of my explosions. And that includes my inner ear, Bakugo replied. —You've just had bad luck, like that bird-headed bastard (Tokoyami) did, in matchmaking.—

"It was about time I got some luck, after all the shit that happened to me on this damn exam," Bakugo thought.

"Who's the bird-head?" Kin asked, hoping to buy time to find a way out.

"I'll ask the questions here!" Bakugo shouted, somewhat embarrassed to reveal that incident from his past. "Where's your bastard boss?"

"We don't have a boss, we act independently," Dosu lied. Bakugo pressed his foot harder on Zaku's neck, causing him to groan in pain.

"Don't lie to me, you bastard mummy!" Bakugo said, enraged. "The spike-haired bastard will suffer for your lies! Where is Orochimaru?"

Dosu's face fell slightly.

"So that's what you were whispering to the pink-haired girl. That little girl told you that we're Orochimaru's disciples," Dosu said.

"What the fuck are you talking about? The bastard snake told me. Now tell me where he's hiding," Bakugo ordered.

"This boy also knows about Lord Orochimaru. In fact, he was the one who told him we were his disciples. Why didn't he kill him? Why did he leave someone so powerful in Konoha alive? What's on your mind, Lord Orochimaru?" Dosu thought.

"Don't even think about it, Dosu," Zaku said. "Leave me here and go get Sasu... AAAAAHH," he yelled, feeling more pressure on his neck.

"Are you a masochist?" Bakugo said contemptuously. "Next time you talk, I'll snap your neck," he threatened.

"We can't leave you here, Zaku. Not out of camaraderie, but because this kid is so powerful. Once he kills you, he'll kill us," Dosu said.

"If you tell me what I want to know, I'll leave you both alive and kicking. I'll tie you to a tree so you won't be a nuisance anymore. But at least you'll live," Bakugo said.

"If I tell you that, Lord Orochimaru will skin us alive. I'd rather you kill me than him. At least it will be more painless," Dosu said.

"You can always run away from him. What you'll never be able to do is run away from me if you keep pissing me off," Bakugo said, losing his patience. Seeing that Dosu wasn't fazed by this, he tried something else. "At least tell me where his experiments are."

"I have no idea," Dosu replied.

"Stop lying!" Bakugo shouted angrily.

"That's true," Dosu replied. "He changes the location of his labs every few months, and for over five years, since Lord Orochimaru experimented with my arm to attack with sound, I haven't seen any of them. I'm not important enough for Lord Orochimaru to trust me with the location of his labs."

"Tsk," Bakugo muttered, disappointed with Dosu's response. "And did you see anyone strange? Someone who didn't seem to be from this world?"

"What the hell...?" Kin started to ask, but stopped as she saw something that caught her attention. She smiled inwardly when she realized what it was.

"Someone who didn't seem to be from this world...?" Dosu mused. "Hmm, there was a very strange guy. I don't know if you're referring to him."

"What did he look like?" Bakugo asked hopefully.

"It was..." Dosu stopped, as Kin was whispering something in his ear.

"Hey, you bastard bitch! Don't bother the mummy!" Bakugo shouted angrily.

—Hehehehe. —Dosu laughed, very happy with Kin's information.

"What the hell are you laughing at, you bastard mummy? I'm starting to get pissed off! You better tell me what that experiment looked like, or else... your spiky little friend is going to lose his neck," Bakugo threatened, though it was an empty threat. He was bluffing. He would never kill someone who was defenseless. But Dosu didn't know that.

—Let's make a deal, take me to where Sasuke is and I'll tell you everything you want to know.—Dosu suggested, smiling beneath his bandages.

"Have you suddenly become an idiot? You're in no position to make deals. The only deal I should have in mind is my promise to leave you unharmed if you tell me what I want to know," Bakugo said, a vein popping out on his forehead.

"The tables have turned... And if you don't believe me... Now you'll find out," Dosu announced. He gestured to Kin, to which she made a lasso out of chakra thread and threw it into a bush behind her.

"Are you deaf or do you just like ignoring me, you bastard bitch?" Bakugo said. "I made it clear no more movements."

"It'll just be a second, blondie," Kin said with a cocky smile.

Kin pulled the thread hard, and from the bush, trapped in the chakra-like loop she had thrown, appeared Ino and Chouji. Dosu pointed his kunai at Chouji's neck, and Kin did the same to Ino's neck, although she was more aggressive as the kunai was touching Ino's skin.

"I told you, the tables have turned. And it's all thanks to Kin, who brought these rats out of hiding," Dosu said.

"Shit..." Bakugo thought, faced with this new situation. The ash-blond saw Ino and Choji looking at him with glassy eyes from how scared they were. "What do I do now?"
