For a moment, only silence lingered between us.
"By everything, I assume you mean se—"
"Don't say it!"
In a panic Isabella quickly covered my mouth to the point where she nearly suffocated me.
"You don't have to say the word."
For a second, I thought she had changed, but some things were still the same. She still gets embarrassed by words like kissing and sex, even though she was the one requesting it.
"Do you understand?" she asked, trying to look serious even though she was clearly flustered.
I gave her a nod, and she slowly removed her hands from my mouth, allowing me to speak.
"I understand what you mean, but I don't think I can." I said with a small smile on my face.
Her expression quickly turned into a frown. Somehow, she immediately knew that I was teasing her.
"What do you mean?" she asked, her voice sounding almost threatening.
