CHAPTER – 1
"Finally…the pain is over. The new chapter is complete! Now I can put it online"
Says John with a tiring voice. He checks his computer screen with his novel being uploaded. He checks his current viewers.
"Only 1 huh? I mean yeah its understandable, no one nowadays is interested in novels. Everyone likes Manhwas. I mean I do too but still."
He checks the number of chapters he has uploaded.
"What the…..200 chapters!?! Damn and still only 1 reader"
He gets a comment on his newly uploaded chapter. Its from that 1 reader that has been reading it till now.
"What's this now. Oh! It's the 'Warrior_is_me'. This cringy guy has been reading my novel since 1st chapter. I had a lot of readers till chapter 50….after that its just this Warrior guy.
The comment said PEAK CHAPTER which he comments in every chapter. John looks at the mirror and then at the computer to appreciate the compliment and leaves to sleep
"Ig ill keep writing for this guy alone. At least there's someone who's interested in my novels.
John is a 20-year-old guy standing 5'11 height with blonde hair and brown eyes. His parents are at the work all the time and return at weekends only. His loneliness inspired him to start writing.
After a while, his doorbell rings.
"Who the hell is it now"
He peaks through the window. Its his friend Sydney a pretty black haired, hazel eyed girl with a cute smile. He opens the door.
"Hey Jo- "
"What do you want?"
"That's a rude way to greet guests, isn't it?"
"When the guests knock at your door when you are halfway through your sweetest sleep with a hottie in your dre- "
"Hey! Lemme in already"
She makes her way in by punching Josh.
"OUCH!"
"That's what you get for being rude"
She grins. Her cute smile isn't cute anymore.
"Is your homework done?"
Josh nervously smiles
"Yeah….Homework...I was about to do it"
"No, you weren't"
"Yes, I was"
"No, you weren't"
"Ok I was not"
He can't win against a girl. Sydney goes to his room and gets a glance at his computer.
"Dude, you are still uploading your Seven commanders of some shit??"
"Hey! Its "SEVEN COMMANDERS OF THE RING" alright? Stop disrespecting it!"
"Yeah Yeah, well I'm here for doing homework with you so let's make it quick alright?"
They sit for doing their homework. After a while doorbell rings again.
"Who the hell is at the door now!?!"
"Go check it's your house Afterall"
"I hate You"
"Cope"
He leaves in frustration. He opens the door harshly.
"WHAT DO YOU Wa-"
"Who's at the door Josh??"
Josh couldn't believe his eyes. An entity with a shadowy appearance and 6 arms and a scythe is standing in front of him. He fell and screams and tries to run towards Sydney for help but gets killed. The entity swings his scythe. Josh's head got cut and fell in Sydney's feet. She screams not only because of John's death but also because that there was no one at the door.
"J-Josh"
She cries and feels something, so she looks behind. The entity was right behind her and kills her in an instant. Both Sydney and Johns head were lying on the ground.
The entity turns to leave but looks at the boy. In the very next moment John is alive and is sitting next to Sydney.
(What was that just now, th-that thing, that enitity….it was the DEMI-GOD?!?)
"H-Hey Syd??
Sydney hugs him and breaks into tears. He hugs Sydney too.
(Looking outside the room, it seems that…...we are doomed. This is my novel…...FUckk!!!)
"Hey John….that was a dream right?"
John doesn't reply. Not because he is traumatized but because this isn't his room. Sydney looks outside the door and this isn't their world.
"John thi-this must be a dream too right??"
"No, This isn't a dream"
It's the world that he has been most familiar with. The world he dreamed of. The world of his imagination.
"This is world is…."
"What the fuck is happening. We almost died. What was that creature."
Before John could answer, a window pops in front of them.
The window was tinted blue with a message on it. Both with there windows shocked and couldn't believe it. Message said "WELCOME TO RIMORA".
Sydney asks about this situation.
"So…you got any idea what the actual hell is going on??"
"1st of all tell me are you alright?"
"Yeah what about you?"
"I'm fine too .Maybe we were healed and teleported to this world"
"Healed?? WAIT….THEN THAT ATTACK FROM THE ENTITY WAS REAL??"
"Obviously it was real. And that entity was a demi-god"
"A-A demi-god??"
"Yeah it is partly a human and a god"
"And mind telling how do you know?"
"I am a novelist dude I know that much. Right now that's not important , what important is do u see a window in front of you"
"yeah, wait do u see it too??"
"yeah…..i think this place's name is Rimora"
"Eww….pretty fucked up name for a place "
"Shut up dude its my cr…."
A notification pops up from the window. John gets nervous. He is terrified.
[ Don't tell Sydney about the world. Not following the rules will cause THE CALAMITY ]
He is confused because he is being threatened in his own creation.
(NO NO NO th-the CALAMITY….That's the event that was in my mind, it basically made THAT guy the owner of all seven COMMANDERS and gave him their powers.)
John is terrified , he cant even breath properly but starts to keep his calm.
"Its your what??"
"Oh its nothing…"
"Yeah whatever. But hey checkout this place its so...beautiful"
John takes a look around. The dull yet cozy room gave a vibe of comfort. Outside the window was a beautiful and colourful world with a lot of creatures. John realized that it was his world so he wasn't shocked that much but Sydney creeped out and screamed"
"Eek is that a-an elf"
Meanwhile John was not surprised but his thoughts got over him.
(So I'm in my own novel. I was killed with Syd and got healed and transported to this world?! Wow! Wait…So about THE CALAMITY which the window is talking about is real. If that's the case I need to follow the rules.)
(But the thing that bothers me the most is that my novel is still ongoing and THE CALAMITY event hasn't happened yet. But I only mentioned it once. I cant let THE CALAMITY happen at all.)
"Hey Johnyyy, why are you spacing out???"
(If this is my novel and THE CALAMITY exists…. Then that means the COMMANDERS also do)
6 people in knight armors charge towards the house they are in.
"What the fuck is happening john?? Wait they are trying to to enter the house!!!"
(So some events are not same to my novel, but most of them are, because the house they were supposed to charge to was the other one, if that's the case then HE must be coming. But wait, why are there only 6 COMMANDERS!?!?)
Suddenly, a white haired, bold, hot, handsome, sharp eyed, 6'2 in black clothes appears and jumps in the window in which both Syd and John are which is at 1st floor
"John who the fuck is this guy!?!"
"It doesn't matter who I am what matters is that you need to come with me, the COMMANDERS want to kill you"
"We cant go with you we don't even know you. Plus you just jumped a whole fucking floor!!!"
John without hesitation knowing who THIS guy is agrees.
"Alright well come"
"Dude we don't even know him"
"Just trust me and him"
"Honestly idk what's happening anymore"
The window pops in front of both of them with the message:- Escape the COMMANDERS with Daniel.
