[A/N: This is mainly an information being thrown at you. Sorry about that, I didn't realize how much information it was writing until it was too late. Going forward, i will be more careful.]
However, they didn't have the full two days to prepare. The very next day, the Beast Pirates launched a hunt for Yamato, who had mysteriously disappeared. The situation became urgent—the people of Wano were in danger, and they had no choice but to act ahead of schedule to protect everyone.
As they moved to respond, Billy watched Yamato in action. She was effortlessly knocking out a group of Beast Pirates with ease/ thanks to her haki.
"So, that's Haki," he said, observing her conqueror's Haki in effect. He saw her unleash it, causing the pirates to falter and collapse, overwhelmed by her presence and the sheer force of her willpower.
"That's right, you didn't have Haki," Yamato said, recalling how Billy's ability slots didn't initially include Haki. But that changed suddenly, with a simple snap of his fingers, as Billy had just wished for it to be so.
[The host has gained Haki… Haki is the ability to tap into one's spirit to perform one of three functions, which form the three main types of Haki. Due to the host's unique nature, their Haki has been altered to incorporate their reality-warping powers.
Billy's eyebrow raised slightly as he instinctively felt his Haki. To his surprise, with just a simple thought, he instantly mastered all three forms of Haki. He hadn't expected such rapid mastery.
He had initially believed he would need extensive, disciplined training to unlock and properly harness these powers. Yet, here he was, effortlessly accessing and understanding each form of Haki, feeling a new sense of confidence and curiosity.
[Host, although you're currently in a weakened state, everything in reality is within your control to master. Also, could you please demonstrate all three types of Haki? I want to record how they have evolved and changed with your new abilities.]
Billy nodded silently and began to perform the three types of Haki. The first was called Armament Haki. This form involved channeling one's spirit and forging it into a protective armor that could cover the body or weapons.
At lower levels, Armament Haki allowed users to attack opponents with elemental bodies, such as Logia-type Devil Fruit users. Since Logia users have elemental or intangible bodies, they are usually immune to most physical attacks, making this form of Haki essential for bypassing such defenses.
At higher levels, the armor could be used not only for defense but also as a powerful offensive tool. Skilled users could project their Haki outward, creating shockwaves or damaging attacks from a distance.
When fully mastered, a user could send their Haki directly into a target's body, allowing them to destroy or weaken the opponent from the inside out—breaking down their defenses or even causing internal injuries that are difficult to heal.
[Reality Armament Haki] Stage 1: This advanced form of Haki allows the user to warp reality itself to form an invisible, almost intangible armor around a target. At early stages, this armor grants the host the ability to touch anything, be it time, space, or even reality itself.
When someone is hit with this level of Haki, their healing abilities are severely hampered—they would find it increasingly difficult to recover from injuries, and instead, their wounds could worsen over time.
At the second stage, known as Hardening, the user can strengthen their armor by making it more solid and resistant. This significantly boosts the durability of the armor, allowing it to withstand even more powerful attacks. The increased defense also grants a boost to attack power—though the offensive increase is not as large as the defensive one.
When items are coated with Armament Haki for an extended period, they can be transformed into weapons of nearly divine strength, capable of cutting through almost anything.
This stage of Haki also has the ability to nullify other abilities, but only if the Haki is strong enough to overpower said ability
At the third stage, known as Projection, the user can extend their Haki into the outside world. This can take the form of a projection of a wave of energy, greatly increasing the attack range and offensive capabilities. At this level, both attack power and durability are more than doubled. Additionally, the user gains the ability to reflect incoming attacks—sending them back toward the attacker.
At the fourth and most advanced stage, the user can send their Haki into a target and destroy it from the inside out. This goes far beyond the capabilities of normal Haki, allowing the user to target the very soul, body, or even the target's very existence. It can manipulate reality itself—affecting their essence and core being. This stage of Haki completely ignores standard durability, making it capable of destroying even the most resilient opponents or objects on a fundamental level.
'Okay, that's overpowered. How strong should I be now?' Billy wondered silently as he snapped his fingers. Instantly, the fist that was about to strike him froze in mid-air, pausing as if caught in time. The person who was about to make the attack—well, they had turned into a statue.
[Don't get cocky, host. Think of your Haki as being of superior quality—better yet, imagine it like the cultivation novels where pure energy, or spiritual essence, surpasses the usual Qi or spiritual force. Right now, your Haki is incredibly pure, but also extremely weak in strength. Haki powerful enough can ignore your Haki and Snaps combined]]
Billy nodded and proceeded to activate Observation Haki. This type of Haki was relatively simple in concept but incredibly useful; it granted the user a kind of sixth sense.
At lower levels, it allowed the user to barely sense the aura of those around them, providing limited awareness, with few talented people capable of reading minds and more. As they trained and grew stronger, their ability could extend further—eventually enabling them to see into the future. For example, a master like Shanks could predict movements and actions at least 10 seconds ahead.
[Reality Observation Haki] Stage 1: This advanced form of Haki allows the user to sense the world around them on a much deeper level. It isn't limited solely to living beings; the user can perceive the flow of time, the threads of fate, and other unseen forces that govern reality.
However, at this early stage, these perceptions are difficult to interpret clearly—they are hazy and often hard to make out. The readings are not yet controllable… it grants a form of Cosmic Awareness.
Stage 2: At this stage, the user gains complete control over their Observation Haki, allowing them to skillfully focus and direct it toward specific targets or areas of interest. This mastery enables them to extract detailed information with precision, honing their senses to a near-omniscient level on a limited scale.
You are almost all-knowing, with the secrets of reality laid bare before you—unless, of course, a more powerful reality warper has deliberately concealed those secrets from your sight. In this stage, the boundaries of perception are greatly expanded, and the user can selectively probe the layers of existence to uncover hidden truths and unseen forces.
Stage 3: This highest level of Observation Haki grants the user the ability to see beyond the limitations of a third-dimensional being. At this stage, you attain 'sight beyond sight'—your perception transcends space and time itself.
Time and space shall no longer constrain your senses; you can peer into the distant future, observe the unfolding of events across the universe, multiverse, or even the megaverse and beyond, and see with clarity what others cannot. The scope of what you can perceive becomes virtually limitless, so long as the information isn't hidden or protected by someone stronger than you.
With this level of perception, all things are within your grasp to know—your awareness is unparalleled, making you the closest thing to being truly all-knowing. You understand the fabric of reality itself, and nothing escapes your insight, so long as it isn't concealed by an even greater power.
'Nice… but I thought I was talented. Why am I only stuck at the first stage?' Billy wondered, observing that he wasn't instantly mastering this new form of Haki. He couldn't even revert to the normal type of Haki he had learned before it had evolved into this more advanced version.
[Because it's of a quality far greater than normal Haki, Anything in reality can be mastered by you… But at the same time, this isn't bound by the conventional limits of reality. This Haki allows you to grasp the very fabric of reality itself since it was mixed with your potential. Just wait in one year, it shall evolve once more to suit your prime self.
Stage 2: At this level, the user's willpower becomes deeply infused into their reality-warping abilities. This dramatically increases both the scale and scope of what they can manipulate, allowing for more complex and vast alterations of reality. Simultaneously, it greatly enhances the effects from Stage 1.
The user's limitation of needing to snap their fingers to activate their powers is effectively ignored; a simple thought is sufficient to command and reshape reality. This means they can perform almost anything they desire with minimal effort—bending the universe to their will almost instantly.
However, this immense power comes with a trade-off: if the user chooses not to snap, their reality-warping power diminishes significantly, dropping to a much weaker state, but their ability to command reality remains intact through mere thought.
Stage 3: At the highest level, Conqueror Haki reaches its absolute peak. The user can nullify anything—whether it's abilities, energy, or even a person's very existence. As long as the user holds onto their full determination and rejection of something, even the impossible becomes possible. They can reject the very notion of impossibility itself, making seemingly unreachable feats within their grasp.
This is an absolute power, meaning that the user's strength or limitations do not matter—if they truly reject something with unwavering resolve, reality itself must conform. However, caution is advised; this ability is not invincible. Things that exist beyond the reach of reality—such as entities or forces outside its natural laws—can ignore or bypass this power.
Additionally, if the user isn't 100% confident or certain in their resolve, then this ability loses its absolute nature, and the outcome may not align with their rejection.
