The drive home was quiet.
Evelyn was exhausted just from sitting down most of the night. When she got home, the porch light flicked on automatically and she sighed in relief as she pushed open the door and stepped inside.
She kicked of her heels, groaning softly then plopped down on the sofa and picked up her phone to check for kissed calls. She didn't have time to look at it all night.
A notification banner slid across the screen. Then another, then three more.
Evelyn sat up, realizing something must've happened again. Her thumb tapped the screen repeatedly, swiping through messages.
There was a viral forum post in which her work account had been tagged in by multiple people.
