Ethan felt his entire being brimming with power right now.

He started using a shovel he got from his tool shed to dig holes of varying sizes and lengths into the ground of his courtyard, following the formation pattern described in the installation process.
And by the time he was done digging the ninety ninth hole Which was place exactly in the center of his master bedroom, being the heart of the formation, it was already way past midnight.
Ethan placed the steles one by one in thier exact positions in the surrounding courtyard and covered them up properly, then went to his master bedroom and placed the last giant stele before sealing that as well.
He placed his right palm on the ground location in the middle of his master bedroom where the giant stele was and began pouring his spirit qi into it.
After about ten minutes of doing so, the floor underneath Ethan lit up in a shimmering purple hue and it spread from underneath his feet outward only stopping at the edges of the other steles in the surrounding courtyard, and slowly built itself upward till it was about thirty feet high, then the hue converged to a single point at the center of the courtyard and disappeared like nothing ever happened.
Ethan feeling his control over his now activated formation, had a wide grin on his face, because now he truly felt safe and secure.
As long as an existence at or above the true immortal realm does not come knocking, and he doesn't step out of this courtyard, he's basically untouchable and he can continue to grow for as long as he wants.
He knows trying to remain indoors always and never stepping out, would prove almost impossible, since his parents would never allow that.
Let's be honest, who's parent would allow thier children do such a thing ?
And Ethan to his parent is just a one year old child, even though his soul is that of a middle aged man.
