"Okay! Let's save your friend!"
Papyrus:
"YES! A HEROIC MISSION FOR THE BONE BROTHERS!"
Sans (half-awake):
"…sure. why not."

The Straw Hats charge into the Flying Fish Riders' base and defeat their leader, Duval, and his gang.
After the battle, the tied-up "mysterious hostage" is revealed—

Luffy suddenly grins.
Luffy:
"He said sorry. He's Camie's friend. That's enough for me!"
Nami exhales slowly, nodding.
Nami:

Hatchan nearly cries.
Hatchan:
"Thank you! I promise I'll help you however I can!"

Chopper bounces around trying to pop the bubbles.

"They're so soft! And squishy!"
Brook laughs, tapping a bubble.
Brook:
"Yohoho! If I had skin, it would be tingling!"
Papyrus jumps into the scene dramatically.
Papyrus:
"THESE BUBBLES ARE MAGNIFICENT! THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR A SKELETON HOLIDAY!"
Sans looks around, hands in pockets.
Sans:
"yeah… looks cool.
too cool, if you ask me."
Camie swims beside the ship, smiling brightly.
Camie:
"This place is called the Sabaody Archipelago!
It's all built on the roots of 79 giant Yarukiman Mangroves!"
Luffy stares at a tree root big enough to be a building.
Luffy:
"THAT'S HUGE!"
Camie nods but her tone shifts.
Camie:

You really punched a Celestial Dragon… how frightening."
He raises his foot.
Light gathers.
Sans whispers:
"…oh. this isn't good."
BOOM.
A kick of pure light wipes out an entire grove.
Kizaru appears beside a pirate commander instantly.
Kizaru:
"How fast do you think light travels… hm?"
He touches the man with one finger.
BAM.
The pirate is blasted into a building.
Papyrus screams.
Papyrus:
"HE'S TOO FAST! HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BLOCK LIGHT!?"
Sans clenches his teeth.
Sans:
"we don't. we just try to survive."

Sans stands shakily, eye blazing blue.

Sans summons four blasters at once — the strongest he's used so far — and fires point-blank at Kuma.
The explosions shake the grove…
…but Kuma calmly walks through them.
Untouched.
Kuma:
"Your abilities are impressive.
But this is over."
Papyrus charges with a bone spear.
Papyrus:
"I WON'T LET YOU TAKE MY FRIENDS!"
Kuma taps Papyrus' chest lightly.

Papyrus vanishes.
Sans reaches for him too late.
Sans:
"paps—!"
Kuma looks at Sans last.
Kuma:
"Your power is dangerous.
The government fears unknown monsters."
Sans steps forward, barely standing.
Sans:
"you… don't get to decide our fate."
Kuma places his paw on Sans's face.
Kuma:
"I already have."
