"I don't get it. Why would the Serpents attack Hyunjin and Jisung? Were the pedos Serpents too? None of this makes any sense." Jisoo grumbled, rolling back and forth in his chair.
"Boss said it looked like they were taken by surprise," Sangho said flatly, watching Taeryn drag an unconscious man by the leg across the slaughterhouse floor.
The place was disguised as a butcher shop, and Taeryn was heading straight for an industrial meat grinder.
"I believe that. The pedos were dead too. Jisung and Hyunjin took them out, and they didn't have Serpent tattoos," Taeryn said with a grunt as he lifted the body and dumped it into the grinder.
The man was still unconscious. Taeryn wanted to wake him up but he wanted the grinder to do it first.
He grinned at the thought.
"I don't like this," Jisoo muttered, rubbing the snake tattoo on his neck. "They disappear for years, then come back just to kill and injure one of our guys."
