Chapter 692 - Chapter 691 – A New Journey

The authorities had long been aware that special individuals resided in the village.

In fact, they strongly suspected that these individuals were the very Ultramen who had saved the world.

Not long after, the roar of helicopter blades echoed across the sky. The villagers were stunned—such a remote and obscure settlement would never normally attract a helicopter.

Yuzhou did not remain where he was.

Instead, he took a walk through the village, visited his parents, and checked in on his younger siblings.

Only after the helicopter arrived did he head toward the residence of the official.

By the time Yuzhou reached the house, the helicopter had already landed.

A man wearing a Zhongshan suit stepped out, accompanied by several bodyguards whose sharp gazes and tailored suits made it obvious they were anything but ordinary.

The man was visibly excited upon landing and immediately questioned his subordinates.

Following their guidance, his eyes finally settled on Yuzhou.

"So young!"

That was his first reaction.

The surprise lasted only a moment. He then hurried toward Yuzhou.

The bodyguards attempted to form a protective formation, but the man waved them off.

"Hello. I am Xu Weimin, Vice Chairman of Huaxia."

He spoke with a warm expression, extending his hand.

"Yuzhou is fine," Yuzhou replied calmly, giving a brief handshake.

That single sentence caused a flicker of joy to pass through Xu Weimin's eyes.

The name was unmistakably Huaxian.

"Yuzhou… young friend, may we speak inside?" Xu Weimin asked eagerly.

Given the circumstances, the identity of the person before him was already clear.

Yuzhou smiled faintly.

Xu Weimin appeared to be in his fifties and had hesitated slightly when addressing him—clearly unsure how to bridge the age gap.

Yuzhou did not mind. He nodded.

He had reached out to the authorities for one reason only: to accelerate national reconstruction.

The apocalypse had dragged on long enough.

He had no intention of living forever in a world weighed down by ruin.

Rather than burden himself with endless complications, providing resources and letting the state handle reconstruction was the most efficient path.

Inside the small house, all others were dismissed.

A single table. Two chairs.

Only Yuzhou and Xu Weimin remained.

Two cups of water and a pot of tea sat on the table, prepared in advance.

No sooner had they sat down than Xu Weimin spoke bluntly:

"Young friend Yuzhou… you are an Ultraman, aren't you?"

He did not bother with pleasantries.

Xu Weimin understood clearly—since Yuzhou had summoned him here, concealment was no longer a concern.

The question was abrupt, but Yuzhou did not object. He nodded.

"Yes."

"To be precise—Tiga."

"So Tiga is actually…"

Xu Weimin was still deeply shaken.

Among all the Ultramen who had appeared on Earth, only Tiga had fought monsters from the very beginning.

"I came to you today for two reasons," Yuzhou continued.

"First, to provide the nation with resources to speed up post-apocalyptic reconstruction."

"Second, to formally warn the authorities—do not covet what lies beyond the unknown. That is not something humanity can afford to provoke."

The first statement was a gift.

The second was a warning—clear and unmistakable.

Yuzhou had no desire to be disturbed or dragged into unnecessary trouble while living in this world.

Xu Weimin understood perfectly.

Not only him—the entire Huaxian leadership treated Ultramen with respectful distance.

They knew better than anyone:

This level of power was beyond human endurance.

This was Huaxia's stance. As for other nations, that was another matter entirely.

"We will keep this absolutely confidential," Xu Weimin assured him solemnly.

With Ultramen already offering assistance in rebuilding the nation, no one would be foolish enough to provoke such an existence.

"Understand this," Yuzhou said calmly.

"My warning is not born of fear. It is merely to avoid unnecessary complications."

That was the final reminder.

After both warning and reassurance came the reward.

The previous blueprint had merely been an appetizer—extremely effective for clearing ruins.

Now, Yuzhou produced another blueprint from his spatial bracelet and placed it on the table.

Xu Weimin's eyes immediately lit up.

"This is…?"

He hesitated, half-reaching before stopping, and looked to Yuzhou for confirmation.

"Go ahead," Yuzhou said.

"These are intelligent construction robots. With this, building roads and homes becomes trivial."

Xu Weimin stood up and bowed deeply without a trace of doubt.

"This is a lifeline in a blizzard."

"I represent the nation—and the people—in thanking you."

"Thank you, Ultraman Tiga."

Yuzhou was momentarily startled, then smiled warmly.

Perhaps this was why Huaxia continued to grow stronger, step by step, beyond all others.

...

At the mountain base, after Daigo and Masaki had departed, only Achilles, Herau, Hudra, Darramb, and Camearra remained.

Belial was still constructing the Space Garrison base on the Moon.

At night, the Moon seemed noticeably brighter than before.

Most monsters on Earth had already been eliminated, leaving everyone with little to do.

Out of sheer boredom, they had resorted to playing offline games.

Even Camearra had somehow acquired a computer and now sat at a desk every day.

Unlike the others, she was not gaming—but watching dramas using unknown resources.

Nearly a month passed.

With mastery over space and time, Yuzhou voluntarily entered the girl's dimension.

He returned Charija's briefcase—it seemed he would no longer need to borrow it.

"It's fixed," the girl said, holding her red ball and looking at Yuzhou.

"…Fixed?"

Yuzhou was genuinely surprised.

If the rift had truly been repaired, it meant the gateway to other worlds could now reopen.

"Yes," the girl nodded.

"From now on, the spatial vortex can take you to realms beyond the Ultraman multiverse."

"Can I choose which world?" Yuzhou asked.

If it was repaired, then control should be possible.

"No."

The girl shook her head.

"The destination remains random."

"I see…"

Yuzhou smiled.

"Then… it's time to begin a new journey."
