"Mm, I understand. Got it."
After contacting the personnel from the Island Nation branch, the captain finally began to piece things together.
The actor who once played Ultraman Tiga — Nagano — had gone missing.
And now, near Xia City, in a small rural village, a man named "Daigo" had suddenly appeared.
That "Daigo" could very well be Nagano himself — in other words, the true human host of Ultraman Tiga.
If Nagano really was Tiga, then perhaps the other Ultraman actors might also share the same strange fate — capable of transforming into the Ultramen they once portrayed!
That realization made the Huaxia government treat the situation with far greater caution.
As for the "Daigo" in the village, there was no need to disturb him for now. Each side would continue its respective duties. When the time was right, they would seek deeper contact — carefully.
A secluded island beach.
The sea breeze blew gently in from the vast blue, carrying with it a refreshing coolness.
On the golden sands, a man and a woman were deeply engaged in the "study of creating human life." The atmosphere between them was thick and intoxicating.
The entire beach was deserted — no one else in sight.
Which meant that their "research" was being conducted… quite boldly.
Suddenly, a swirling spatial vortex appeared beside the shore, and with a sharp burst of light, a person was spat out from within.
"Wha—hell?!"
Yu Zhou crashed into the sand, shouting in surprise — and immediately clamped his hands over his mouth.
What the heck kind of teleportation was this?!
Of all the places to land… he'd appeared right beside two people making a baby!
And wow, these two weren't exactly being subtle — in broad daylight, right on the beach?!
But it was too late — his startled yell had already given him away.
The man and woman instantly turned toward him.
"Huh?!"
"Yu Zhou-kun?!"
The faces of those two people were all too familiar — Daigo and his wife Rena!
Both sides stared in shock for a moment.
Then Rena shrieked, her face bright red, as she scrambled to grab her scattered clothes from the sand.
Yu Zhou spun around like lightning, covering his eyes and running behind a massive rock.
"Oh my god, this is so embarrassing!!!"
He held his head in despair.
How was he supposed to face Daigo and Rena after this?!
How was he supposed to know he'd drop right here of all places?!
And who could've guessed Daigo and Rena would be… doing that right now, right here?!
"…Wait a second," Yu Zhou muttered, frowning. "Don't tell me this is her fault!"
He immediately thought of the little girl in the red dress — the one who managed the space vortex that let him travel between worlds.
If she was in control, then the drop location was probably her idea!
By now, Daigo and Rena had finished dressing and cautiously approached the rock where Yu Zhou hid.
Both of them were still flushed — after all, they'd been… interrupted at a rather critical moment.
Originally, with their child Hikari at home, they rarely had the chance for any real intimacy. But that day, both of them had a rare day off, and Hikari was at school. So, they decided to go out and relax together.
One thing led to another, the sea breeze turned warm, the mood deepened — and, well, hormones took over.
And then… Yu Zhou fell out of the sky.
"Yu Zhou-kun?" Daigo called out, forcing a smile through the embarrassment.
Yu Zhou sighed, stepped out from behind the rock, and raised his hands awkwardly.
"It's really you, Yu Zhou-kun!"
Daigo's awkwardness faded, replaced by excitement. His eyes lit up with disbelief and joy.
Yu Zhou… was alive.
"I'm really sorry, Daigo, Rena," Yu Zhou said, scratching his head. "That spatial vortex isn't something I can control. I didn't mean to interrupt your, uh… experiment."
"Oh, let's not talk about that!" Rena said quickly, her face still bright red.
Yu Zhou waved his hands frantically. "I swear I didn't see anything!"
"Yu Zhou-kun!" Daigo suddenly stepped forward and hugged him tightly. "It's really you… You're alive! Thank goodness!"
"Huh?"
Yu Zhou blinked, confused. "Alive? What are you talking about?"
Daigo released him, looking serious.
"A year ago," he said, "you, Camearra, and Asuka were all swallowed by the Sphere Black Hole. We all thought you'd died."
Yu Zhou rubbed the back of his neck helplessly. "Well… as you can see, I'm still in one piece."
He hadn't expected that after being swallowed, everyone had assumed he was gone for good.
"Wait," Rena said, looking around. "If you're here, Yu Zhou, then where are Camearra and Asuka? I don't see them anywhere."
"Asuka didn't come with me," Yu Zhou replied. "He was swallowed first — he should be traveling through another universe by now."
"And Camearra?" Daigo asked gravely. "You don't know how devastated Hudra and Darramb were after you all vanished. They even started researching temporal energy just to find a way to save you."
Yu Zhou's expression darkened. He sighed.
"Camearra…"
Daigo and Rena exchanged uneasy glances — something in Yu Zhou's tone filled them with dread.
"Camearra was… scattered into light particles because of me."
He looked up, eyes clouded with grief.
"I came back this time to bring her back."
"What?!"
Both Daigo and Rena were stunned.
Scattered into light particles…
That could only mean one thing — Camearra had died.
Unlike petrification by Gatanothor's stone light, when a Giant of Light is fatally struck, their body dissolves into shimmering particles — their very existence fading away.
Yu Zhou knew this too well.
He remembered how in Ultraman Taiga, both Titas and Fuma were turned into light particles by Tregear, effectively destroyed on the spot.
But by a twist of fate, their light had fused with the human Hiroyuki, allowing them to eventually return.
Camearra, however, was different.
She had only recently transformed from a Giant of Darkness into one of Light. She hadn't yet mastered the ability to transfer her essence to another being.
Unlike most Ultramen who had lived as light for thousands, even millions of years — Camearra was still new to it all.
According to what the little girl in the red dress had told him, Camearra's light particles had scattered all across Earth.
But she also promised to seal Earth's boundaries, preventing those fragments from drifting into space.
That, at least, gave Yu Zhou some comfort.
Now, his mission was clear — to find a way to restore Camearra.
"I will save you, Camearra," he whispered.
Clenching his fists, Yu Zhou's eyes softened as images of her filled his mind — both her proud, elegant figure and her gentle, youthful form.
Every version of her was carved deeply into his heart.
"I should visit Hudra and Darramb next," he murmured.
